LYONS, Ohio – Drivers in six IMCA divisions enjoy the support of Dominator Race Products again this season. The Lyons, Ohio, manufacturer and 13-year sponsor gives $100 certificates to ninth and 10th place drivers in standings for each of the five IMCA Modified regions, to sixth through 15th finishers in IMCA Sunoco Late Model national standings, and to ninth and 10th place drivers in Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod national standings. Glenz, Grabouski are $5,000 IMCA winners at Princeton’s Siercks Memorial

PRINCETON, Minn. (June 24) – Jesse Glenz led the last three laps. Jordan Grabouski led the last few feet. Both earned $5,000 IMCA feature wins Thursday night at Princeton Speedway’s Bill Siercks Memorial, the first of four rich Land of Ten Thousand Lakes 10K events this week. Glenz put his name on the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot with his Modified win, sliding past race-long leader Terry Phillips on the 28th of 30 Modified circuits. (June 23) – After winning $2,000 on Friday night, Jeffrey Reay came up just three dollars short of matching that career-topping total in the second installment of the Eastern IMCA Allstars the following Wednesday. Nodak to host IMCA Dakota Tour on two nights as U.S.-Canadian border remains closed

MINOT, N.D. – With the restriction on non-essential travel between the United States and Canada extended into mid-July, Nodak Speedway will host a second Corral Sales Dakota Classic Tour event. Touring IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars are at Minot on Sunday, July 11 and now Monday, July 12 as well. Latest great finish sees Smith score BVR’s Jimmy Squib Memorial feature

ALTA, Iowa (June 23) – A season that’s already seen Mike Smith score some great finishes saw him score another one Wednesday night. Smith took the lead early into Buena Vista Raceway’s Jimmy Squib Memorial feature for IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and stayed in front to a career-best $1,000 checkers. “I’ve had a lot of really great finishes this season, five wins and lots of top five’s,” he said. “There are so many good cars and so many good competitors in this class. It feels good to know I’m able to race with those guys.” The defending race winner took the initial green from third; the only caution of the race came out just before halfway in the 20-lapper. The Jimmy Squib Memorial feature had been postponed a week and became Smith’s third straight at Alta. Tenth starting Craig Brotherton, James Johnson, Drew Barglof and Dillon Magnussen rounded out the top five. Benton County Fair races postponed to Sunday

VINTON, Iowa (June 24) – Rainy weather has forced the postponement of the 2021 Benton County Fair races. Originally scheduled for Thursday, June 24, the annual fair races at The Bullring have been rescheduled for Sunday, June 27, pending an improved weather forecast for county fair events. While the race date has changed, increased prize money for the fair race remains up-for-grabs Sunday for IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars presented by Albert Auto Service, Karl Kustoms IMCA Northern SportMods presented by Christie Door Company, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks presented by Kwik Star and Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts presented by Auto Crafters. Morris gets first feature win at Stuart

By Josh Reynolds STUART, Iowa (June 23) – Bryan Morris made his way to victory lane following his first Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod win Wednesday at Stuart Speedway. The Northern SportMods were first up with Blair Simmons and Morris on the front row. Morris took charge early with Dusty Masolini and Cam Reimers in tow. A caution with nine laps down bunched the field but Morris was too strong as he went on to the win, his first ever in the division.
