IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Nationals qualifying starts tonight at Eagle

EAGLE, Neb. – Teams from across the country have traveled to America’s Home Track for this weekend’s IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Nationals. Friday, Sept. 1 and Saturday, Sept. 2 qualifying features at Eagle Raceway pay $700 to win while Saturday’s Jake Ita Memorial pays $1,000 to win and a minimum of $100 to start. The Sunday, Sept. 3 main event pays $2,500 to win and a minimum $1,250 to start. Twenty-seven IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars will start the big show on Sunday. The “B” feature purse sponsored by IMCATV is $1,000 for the first non-qualifier (10th place finisher) and $500 to start. All other non-qualifiers receive a minimum of $250 for Sunday with added non-qualifier sponsorship money. Non-qualifiers are guaranteed at least $450 for the entire weekend as long as they take a green flag each night. Adult grandstand admission is $13 on Friday, $15 on Saturday and $18 on Sunday. Deery drivers chase $10,000 paycheck at Farley’s Yankee Dirt Track Classic

FARLEY, Iowa – The top paycheck of the Deery Brothers Summer Series is on the line this weekend, as touring IMCA Late Models headline the 40th annual Yankee Dirt Track Classic at Farley Speedway. The Saturday, Sept. 2 100-lap main event pays $10,000 to win and a minimum of $600 to make the 24-car starting field. Biggest dirt track event on the planet has super-sized purse

BOONE, Iowa – A super-sized purse will be paid to competitors in the biggest dirt track event on the planet, the Sept. 4-9 IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s The 900-plus drivers coming to Boone Speedway from coast to coast and border to border, as well as Canada, earn shares of a purse nearing $300,000. Another $60,000 or so in contingency awards is at stake so there is no question the 35th annual version of America’s Racin’ Vacation will continue to be the most prestigious, top-paying event for grassroots racers. “We have always had the goal of maintaining reasonable entry fees and admission prices while providing the best possible purse structure at Super Nationals,” explained IMCA President Brett Root. “We have been able to accomplish that in conjunction with a lot of contingencies given by great IMCA sponsors.” The Saturday, Sept. 9 Modified main event boasts a potential $7,000 paycheck for the winner. Open house is Wednesday at EMi

LINCOLN, Neb. – EMi hosts an open house from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30 at its 300 Speedway Circle location in Lincoln. Race teams and fans attending the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Nationals are invited. Practice for fifth annual event is on Thursday, with racing on Sept. 1-2-3 programs. Canyon’s Labor Day Weekend special features three IMCA divisions

PEORIA, Ariz. – IMCA Modifieds race for $1,000 to win and Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot berths both nights of Canyon Speedway Park’s Labor Day Weekend Shootout. A minimum of $100 will be paid to start Saturday, Sept. 2 and Sunday, Sept. 3 features. Pill draw both nights is $25 and entry fee is $25. MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa – Four sanctioned divisions are on the card for the Friday, Sept. 1 Showdown at Motown, with IMCA Modifieds running for $1,000 to win and a spot on the 2018 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods both vie for $500 to win while IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks chase a top check of $300. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional and Allstar Performance State points will be awarded. Spectator admission is $15 for adults, $10 for seniors and free for kids 10 and under. Three IMCA Modified features slated at Gillette’s East-West Clash

GILLETTE, Wyo. – Gillette Thunder Speedway hosts three $1,000 to win features for IMCA Modifieds over the course of its 18th annual East-West Clash special Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 1-3. All three features are 2018 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifiers. Saturday and Sunday features both pay a minimum of $100 to start. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Larry Shaw Racing Western Region and Allstar Performance State points will be awarded each night. Entry fee is $75 each night.
