Three IMCA divisions run at Arizona Speedway’s John Morris Classic

SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. – Three IMCA divisions are on the card both nights of Arizona Speedway’s Memorial Weekend John Morris Classic. IMCA Modifieds run for $1,000 to win and Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot berths while IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods both chase top checks of $500 at Saturday and Sunday, May 25 and 26 shows. Both programs are draw/redraw and IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional, E3 Spark Plugs Arizona State and track points will be awarded. Entry fee is $25 for Modifieds and $20 for Stock Cars and SportMods. Pit passes are $35. Pit gates open at 4:30 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 5:30 p.m. Hot laps are at 6:30 p.m., racing at 7:30 p.m. Grandstand admission is $16 for adults, $14 for seniors and military, $10 for kids and free for five and under. IMCA Modifieds chase $1,038 check at Siskiyou’s May 26 Arnberg Memorial

YREKA, Calif. – IMCA Modifieds headline Siskiyou Golden Speedway’s John Arnberg Memorial, running for $1,038 to win and a Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot berth in their Sunday, May 26 special. The main event will be 38 laps – Arnberg’s car number was 38 – and pay a minimum of $100 to start. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Larry Shaw Race Cars Western Region, E3 Spark Plugs California State and track points will be awarded. Pit gates open at noon on race day. Sports Park Raceway postponed, Benton County Speedway to host Arnold Motor Supply Dirt Knights opener

FORT DODGE, Iowa (May 21) – Rain has been declared the winner of tonight’s Arnold Motor Supply Dirt Knights Tour event at Sports Park Raceway. The Fort Dodge speedplant was to host opening night for the 10th annual tour for IMCA Modifieds Tuesday evening. IMCA and track officials hope to reschedule that race for later this summer. The tour now gets underway on Memorial Day with a $1,500 to win, minimum $150 to start show at Benton County Speedway in Vinton. HAGERSTOWN, Md. – All roads lead to Hagerstown Speedway for the May 24-25 East Coast Nationals for IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars. The event is co-sanctioned by the Virginia Sprint Series, Pennsylvania Sprint Series and Laurel Highlands Sprint Series, and also features Carolina Sprint Tour and Mid Atlantic Sprint Series competitors.
