Henderson wins at North Platte in borrowed car

By Kelly Ninas NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (June 4) – Saying that the racing was action packed would be an understatement when describing the Saturday Night Thunder created by the competitors at Lincoln County Raceway. Standing in the winner’s circle at the end of the evening were Colton Osborn, Henry Henderson, Jeff Whiting, Zach Olmstead and Andrew Baumgardner. It seemed that one week ago Henderson was cruising to the win only to get caught in a lapped traffic accident. Fast forward to this week and Henderson was up to the task in a car borrowed from Brandon Clough as he grabbed the lead on the third lap and never looked back to win from his third row starting position. Gary Long was second and Bryan Herrick third. It took five laps for Osborn of Cozad to work through the traffic from his fourth row starting position to grab the lead, as he held that [Read More]
