$2,000 is top prize for IMCA Modifieds at Boyd Grand Nationals
BOYD, Texas – A $2,000 to win feature for IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modifieds headlines the Saturday, Oct. 12 Grand Nationals special at Boyd Raceway. The Modified main is a qualifier for the 2014 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational. Twenty cars will start withy a minimum of $100 paid to take the green. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMods will both run for $1,500 to win and a minimum of $75 to start. Non-winged IMCA Eagle Motorsports RaceSaver Sprint Cars run for $800 to win and $200 to start. Top prize for Hobby Stocks is $400. First place in the Mach-1 Sport Compact main pays $150. Purses for the Mods, Stocks and SportMods are based on 30 entries while the purse for the Hobbies is based on 20 entries.
