Everett, Cassell, Wauge earn Fast Shafts All-Star eligibility
VINTON, Iowa (Aug. 31, 2022) – Three more Friesen Performance IMCA Modified drivers have raced their way to Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility. Dallas Everett prevailed at Central Arkansas Motor Speedway’s Johnny Wise Memorial. Craig Cassell topped Sunset Speedway’s Doug Walters Classic and Mark Wauge was the Saturday winner at Southern Oregon Speedway. Winners of qualifying events already eligible were Austen Becerra, Tom Berry Jr., Jerry Flippo, Bricen James, Austin Kiefer, Jake Nightingale, Collin Thirlby and Nick Trenchard. Remaining qualifying events include Marshalltown Speedway’s Sept. 2 Showdown at Motown, both nights of the Mighty Axe at North Central Speedway and the Labor Day Clash at Mohave Valley Raceway, the Saturday Prelude at Boone Speedway and East Moline’s Fallen Heroes show on Sunday.
