ARLINGTON, Minn. (June 27, 2026) — Clint Hatlestad patiently stalked Dan Menk before making the winning move with two laps remaining in the Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified feature at Arlington Raceway on Saturday.
Menk controlled most of the caution-free 15-lap race before lapped traffic allowed Hatlestad to capitalize in the closing circuits.
The Glencoe driver earned his sixth Razor Chassis North Central Region victory of the season, with five of those wins coming at Arlington Raceway.
Menk finished second, Matt Looft was third, Chad Porter crossed the line fourth and Jason Schroeder rounded out the top five.
Speckman Wins Three-Leader Stock Car Battle
Matt Speckman prevailed in a spirited Sunoco IMCA Stock Car feature that featured three different leaders.
David Moriarty paced the opening lap before Shaun Bruns took over on lap two. Speckman charged from sixth starting position into the lead by lap four and held off repeated challenges the rest of the way.
The Sleepy Eye driver collected his first EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region victory of the season.
Matt Looft advanced from 11th to finish second, Bruns held on for third, Dan Mackenthun climbed from 10th to fourth, and Trent Loverude completed the top five after starting 12th.
Reierson Survives Attrition for SportMod Win
Ben Reierson stayed out of trouble and took advantage of late-race opportunities to win the Karl Kustoms IMCA Northern SportMod feature.
Jeff Carter and Chris Neisen battled for the lead early before consecutive cautions reshuffled the running order. Reierson emerged in front following the second restart and never relinquished the top spot despite pressure from Eric Larson over the closing laps.
The Arlington driver earned his third victory of the season, with all three coming at his hometown track.
Larson finished second after starting ninth, Joey Reimers was third, Cole Hesse placed fourth and Matthew Schoenke rounded out the top five.
Johnson Leads Family 1-2 Finish in Sprint Cars
Matt Johnson raced from the second row to the front and led the distance in the RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature.
The St. Peter driver picked up his third sprint car victory of the season while holding off father Bill Johnson, who finished second after starting fifth.
Brett Allen rallied from seventh to third, Neil Stevens finished fourth and Brayden Allen completed the top five.
Probst Returns to Victory Lane
Cory Probst charged from 10th to the lead by lap four before driving away in the Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stock feature.
The Brewster driver earned his second B&B Racing Chassis Northern Region victory of the season, with both coming at Arlington Raceway.
Chad Volk finished second, Austin Jahnz advanced from ninth to third, Mason Goettl was fourth, and Jonathan Schroeder rounded out the top five.
Lahr Goes Back-to-Back in Sport Compacts
Alan Lahr led every lap of the Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compact feature for his second consecutive Arlington Raceway victory.
The Nicollet driver earned his second win of the season while turning away challenges from Justin Schelitzche throughout the caution-free race.
Schelitzche finished second, Neil Forsberg was third, Dale Gatton crossed the stripe fourth, and Gary Schumacher completed the top five.
