ARLINGTON, Minn. (June 13, 2026) — Arlington Raceway’s most action-packed feature Saturday evening belonged to the Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stocks, where multiple cautions and restarts kept drivers on edge before Austin Jahnz emerged victorious.
Ben Davis paced the opening laps before an early caution slowed the field. Additional incidents throughout the race repeatedly reset the order, but Taylor Manderfield capitalized on one restart to sweep around Davis on the high side and take command.
Manderfield maintained the lead through the midway point, but Jahnz steadily worked his way forward from the 10th starting position. Following a late caution, the Lewisville driver closed in on the leader and eventually made the winning move, securing his third straight Arlington Raceway victory.
Jahnz’s triumph was his ninth overall win of the season, including six in the B&B Racing Chassis Northern Region and three at Arlington Raceway. Manderfield finished second, while Jordan Robinson completed the podium in third. Mason Goettl and Sarah Domoradzki rounded out the top five.
Enter Prevails in Wild Stock Car Main Event
The Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars featured five different leaders during a thrilling 20-lap contest.
Josh Larson and Dave Moriarty traded the lead throughout the first half before cautions shuffled the running order. Dakota Robinson then stormed to the front on a restart, only to see another caution erase his advantage.
That opened the door for Broddy Enter, who seized the lead and never relinquished it despite heavy pressure from Matt Looft over the closing laps.
The Vesta driver earned his third EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region victory of 2026 and second Arlington Raceway win of the season. Looft charged from 12th to finish second, while Curt Lund completed the top three after a spirited run through the field. Moriarty and Larson completed the top five.
Larson Scores Fourth SportMod Victory of Season
The Karl Kustoms IMCA Northern SportMods saw Chris Neisen lead early after starting from the pole, but the race changed complexion after a mid-race caution.
Eric Larson, who started ninth, had already worked his way into contention before using the high groove on the restart to surge into the lead. Ben Reierson followed Larson forward and slipped past Neisen on the final lap to claim second.
Larson, of Madison Lake, collected his fourth win of the season and third at Arlington Raceway. Reierson was second, Neisen finished third, Joey Reimers took fourth, and Cole Hesse completed the top five.
Hatlestad Wins Late Duel in Modified Feature
The Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified feature delivered an entertaining battle among the frontrunners.
Jason Schroeder led the opening five laps before Matt Looft worked his way into the lead. Clint Hatlestad remained within striking distance and mounted a late charge, using the topside of the speedway to drive around Looft in turn four with one lap remaining.
The Glencoe racer earned his fourth victory of the season, all coming in the Razor Chassis North Central Region and at Arlington Raceway. Looft finished second, Chad Porter was third, Schroeder fourth, and J.J. Reimers fifth.
Johnson Dominates RaceSaver Sprint Car Main
The RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature went caution-free and belonged entirely to Bill Johnson.
Starting fourth, the St. Peter driver quickly moved to the front and paced all 15 laps, building a comfortable advantage en route to his first victory of the season.
Trevor Serbus finished second, Matt Johnson was third, Hannah Graf fourth, and Brett Allen fifth.
Coopman Charges to Sport Compact Win
The Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts completed all 10 laps without incident and provided plenty of movement throughout the field.
Dale Gatton took the lead on lap two and appeared poised for victory before Nate Coopman advanced from ninth on the starting grid to challenge for the top spot. Following a caution, Coopman took command and held off the field to score his second Arlington Raceway win of the season.
The Mankato driver was followed by Gary Schumacher, Neil Forsberg, Alan Lahr, and Gatton in the top five.
