Seven IMCA Stock Car drivers new to B & B All-Star eligible list

VINTON, Iowa (Aug. 4, 2023) – Another seven IMCA Sunoco Stock Car drivers have secured B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational starts or qualifying eligibility.

Brandon Beckendorf and Mike Mullen earned guaranteed starting spots with rich wins at Arlington Raceway’s Sibley County Shootout and 141 Speedway’s King of the Creek, respectively.

Brian Fitzgibbons and Steven Daffern were Summer Shootout winners at Barona Speedway.

Austin Meiners paced the Hawkeye 50 show at Boone and Jake McBirnie topped Marshalltown’s After The Creek show.

Travis Barker was best during the Dave Riley Memorial show at Park Jefferson Speedway. Kyle Pfeifer was a Wheatshocker Nationals winner at RPM Speedway and David Murray paced Lincoln County’s Stock Car Shootout.

Drivers already eligible winning qualifying events included Tathan Burkhart, Dalton Flory, Jordan Grabouski, Dallon Murty, Damon Murty, Nick Roberts, Kelly Shryock, Jared Siefert and Elijah Zevenbergen.

The 101 drivers now eligible for B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational are:

First season wins at Boone go to Ward, Jerovetz, Sachau, Knutson, Zehm

By Joyce Eisele BOONE, Iowa (May 14, 2022) – It was week number three of the IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing season at Boone Speedway on Saturday night and there were new winners for 2022 in all divisions.  Tim Ward captured his first Friesen Performance IMCA Modified feature. Troy Jerovetz won in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Jake Sachau took the checkers in the Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods.  Eric Knutson visited victory lane for the first time this season in the IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock division and it was Bryan Zehm taking his first win of the year in IMCA STARS Mod Lite action. Stone’s phenomenal season rolls on at IMCA Super Nationals

LOVINGTON, N.M. Drivers must pre-enter for Super Nationals to compete in Aug. 31 Prelude at Boone

BOONE, Iowa – Modified, Stock Car, Northern SportMod and Hobby Stock drivers must be pre-entered for the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s to compete in the Saturday, Aug. 31 Wild Rose and Casino Resort Prelude at Boone Speedway. “There were approximately 240 cars entered in the Prelude last year. Those types of numbers have a tremendous effect time-wise on the sign-in and lineup process,” explained IMCA President Brett Root. “Accepting unexpected and large numbers of late entries effects the entire process and would result in a late start and late conclusion to the Prelude race program.”  The Prelude Modified feature pays $1,000 to win and is a qualifying event for the 2020 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot.
