Ten race dates have been announced for this season at the 3/8-mile dirt oval in Park City, a suburb of Wichita, with opening night on April 17. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing shows to follow are April 24, May 8, June 12, June 26, July 10, July 24, July 31, Aug. 21 and Sept. 11. “We ran this class non-sanctioned last year. I think the IMCA sanction will make the program stronger, give it structure and allow our drivers to race for national and state points,” promoter John Allen said. “We’re working with other tracks in scheduling races.
