Casey’s continues IMCA Super Nationals, Deery Series support through 2021

ANKENY, Iowa – The premier event in all of dirt track racing and the longest running Late Model series in the Midwest will enjoy their association with Casey’s General Store through the 2021 race season. Casey’s, the Official Convenience Store of IMCA, will return as presenting sponsor of the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals, to be held Sept. 2-7 at Boone Speedway, and as title sponsor for the redraw at each main event in the 33rd annual IMCA Late Model tour. IMCA Modified, SportMod drivers chasing Bob Harris Enterprises special event awards

AMES, Iowa – Special events drivers in three IMCA divisions are in the running again this season for awards from Bob Harris Enterprises. Harris, of Ames, Iowa, will give two free shock rebuilds to a top five finisher at each of 30 IMCA Modified specials, and at 15 Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod specials. A drawing will be held following the regular point season to award Race Tech Info Dirt Chassis School packages to one Modified driver and one SportMod driver. Drawing winners last year were Kody Scholpp and Josh Appel. Certificates for the shock rebuilds are mailed after special events results are received at the IMCA home office. IMCA Late Models gain new Thursday home at Nebraska’s U.S. 30 Speedway

COLUMBUS, Neb. – Another sanctioned division has joined weekly race programs at one of the longest IMCA tenured tracks in Nebraska. U.S. 30 Speedway presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts adds the IMCA Late Model division to its regular Thursday shows. The 1/3-mile clay oval at Columbus is one of four newly sanctioned tracks in eastern Nebraska. “We sat down with officials from the other tracks and agreed to go with the same set of rules,” explained Bobby Lincoln, co-promoter at U.S. 30 with his wife Janelle. “It made sense to go with IMCA. New-look logo created for IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing

VINTON, Iowa – New season, new look. The new IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing logo was unveiled today. Incorporating the new Speedway Motors logo with the familiar red IMCA logo, it will appear on decals to be mailed in 2019 drivers’ packets for all eight divisions. Junction Motor Speedway adding IMCA Late Models, Stock Cars to Saturday shows

McCOOL JUNCTION, Neb. – IMCA Late Models and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars will be new to Saturday night programs this season at Junction Motor Speedway. They’ll become the fifth and sixth divisions, respectively, sanctioned by IMCA at McCool Junction. Promoter Delmar Friesen noted he’d gotten positive input from drivers in both divisions about the possibility of sanctioning. IMCA Late Models last ran weekly in Nebraska in 2004. “It’s great to have them back. IMCA Stock Cars, Southern SportMods return to Longdale

LONGDALE, Okla. – Two IMCA divisions return this season to a familiar venue in the Sooner State. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMods headline weekly race programs at Longdale Speedway. Brinn Transmission awards going to IMCA Modified special event drivers

BAY CITY, Mich. – IMCA Modified drivers competing in designated special events around the country are beneficiaries of a lucrative Brinn Transmission awards program again this season. Top five finishers at each of 30 designated specials each receive $50 product certificates. All 150 of those drivers will then be entered in a random drawing, with the winner receiving a new Brinn-manufactured transmission.
