SHERIDAN, Ark. – Getting her first IMCA Modified feature win was priceless. The reaction from her family and crew was even better. Madison Holloway led all 25 times around the track in winning the May 8 main event at Diamond Park Speedway, winning not only for the first time in her career but in her first start of the 2021 season. “It was kind of surreal,” said Holloway, who will start her final year in the pediatric nursing program at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway this fall. “I was pumped, but it wasn’t until my family and crew got to my car and seeing their faces when it all kicked in. IMCA drivers take $1,000 to the bank at 34’s Done Right TV Night on May 29

WEST BURLINGTON, Iowa – Race fan can tune in on May 29 to see drivers in four IMCA divisions race for $1,000 top checks on Done Right TV Night at 34 Raceway. Added money from Bank makes Saturday features for IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Late Models, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods all $1,000 to win. The Modified feature is a Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifier and the Stock Car feature a B & B Chassis All-Star qualifier. Minimum start money in all divisions is $100. Pit passes are $25 and a track registration fee of $15 applies. Spectator admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and students, and free for kids ages 10 and under when accompanying a paid adult. Gates open at 4 p.m., the grandstand opens at 5 p.m. The draw closes and the drivers’ meeting starts at 6 p.m., with hot laps at 6:15 p.m. and racing to follow.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – When Cade Lewis won his career-first IMCA STARS Mod Lite feature, his father Colby enjoyed seeing the checkers fly from one of the best seats in the house … behind him on the track at Bakersfield Speedway. All-Star qualifications are announced for Stock Cars

BOONE, Iowa – A division that’s seen recent record numbers at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s sees its All-Stars compete in an invitational of their own this September at Boone Speedway. IMCA officials have announced that an All-Star race for Stock Cars will be new to the 39th annual event and sponsored by B & B Racing Chassis. In addition to his or her share of the purse, which is to be announced, the winner of the inaugural event receives a bare powder coated chassis valued at $4,800. 2020 regional and state champions are eligible to compete in qualifying as are drivers who won sanctioned events that paid $750 or more and were held following last year’s Super Nationals. Wilson raced to first from fifth starting, taking the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car checkers ahead of Lawrence and Landon Thompson in a season-best third. Christian Kinnison had the opportunity to start the feature from the pole after the redraw but decided to take the All Import Auto Parts Challenge, putting him to the rear of the field for a chance to win an extra $500. Hendershot gets first PASS win in 71st career start

(May 15) – Donnie Hendershot made Pennsylvania Sprint Series career race number 71 extra special Saturday night, earning victory number one in the 25-lap feature at Path Valley Speedway. Hendershot, who began racing with PASS in 2013, had a pair of runner-up finishes on his resume but had only run four times in each of the past two seasons and hadn’t scored a top five IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car finish since late 2018. Still, when the opportunity presented, he knew exactly what to do. After finishing second in his heat race, Hendershot drew the outside second row for the feature. Outside front row starter John Walp darted into the lead but spun in the first turn. That moved Hendershot up to the front row. ARDMORE, Okla. – Five nights of racing leading up to Memorial Day will prove memorable for Allstar drivers in three IMCA divisions. The inaugural Allstar Shootout fueled by Fast Shafts features IMCA Modifieds running for $1,000 to win, potential bonuses of $500 to as much as $3,000 and Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot berths May 26-30. KENNEDALE, Texas (May 15) – Kyle Wilkins picked the right night to get his first feature win of the season while Sean Leasure picked a good night to get his fifth. Wilkins earned $1,000 for his Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod feature win while Leasure, a high school sophomore, pocketed $800 for his latest Mach-1 Sport Compact checkers Saturday at Kennedale Speedway Park. VINTON, Iowa – A payday of all-star proportions will be on the line Sunday night at Benton County Speedway. The quarter-mile Bullring will offer up $1,250 to the feature winner of the IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars presented by Albert Auto in an event that will also serve as a qualifier for the inaugural IMCA Stock Car All-Star Invitational at this year’s IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.
