Velocita renews IMCA fire suit awards for 12^th season

LEXINGTON, N.C. (Feb. 24, 2023) – A select group of 2023 IMCA champions will have their Velocita awards on very visible display when they’re at the race track next season. The Lexington, N.C., manufacturer awards custom fire suits to the Friesen Performance IMCA Modified, IMCA Sunoco Late Model, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car, IMCA STARS Mod Lite IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock, Friesen Performance Northern SportMod, Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod and Mach-1 Sport Compact national champions, as well as the Junior National Champion and Lady Eagle title-winning drivers. Special event drivers in 4 IMCA divisions chasing Tire Demon by Love Tap awards

KELLEY, Iowa (Feb. 21, 2023) – Special event drivers in four IMCA divisions chase awards from Tire Demon by Love Tap for a seventh consecutive season. Designated place finishers at 30 Friesen Performance IMCA Modified, 15 IMCA Sunoco Stock Car and 15 Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod specials all receive $500 certificates. Those certificates will be mailed a week after official race results are received and must be applied toward the purchase of a Tire Demon package. In addition, a drawing will be held after the end of the point season on Sept. 24 to award right rear tire saver tools to three drivers who competed at any of those designated specials. SUTTON, Neb. (Feb. 17, 2023) – Al Walters knows the importance of getting and keeping your name in front of the racing community. BELLE PLAINE, Minn. (Jan. 11, 2023) – Thirty of the best drivers in the division will be back on the track for the 2023 installment of the B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational.
