AERO Race Wheels continues big impact with IMCA special, state awards

ESTHERVILLE, Iowa (March 7, 2024) – A recent small business of the week award recipient continues the big impact it’s had as an IMCA sponsor for a 28th consecutive season.

AERO Race Wheels of Estherville, Iowa, again gives $40 product certificates good toward the purchase of two wheels to designated place finishers at 80 select special events for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lites, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods and Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA Southern SportMods.

State champions in those divisions and the Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compact class each receive $25 cer­tificates.

“IMCA just makes it so easy for us. They sanction quality tracks across the United States and in Canada with the kind of drivers that manufacturers like Aero Race Wheels want to connect with,” said Director of Sales and Marketing Kelli Peton.

AERO also returns as title sponsor of IMCA’s uber popular feature win decal program, with those stickers presented to drivers in all divisions following their sanctioned weekly and special event victories.

“Feature win decals are an important part of our overall program with IMCA,” notes Peton. “Everybody wants to get them and display them on their race car.”

Special event certificates will be mailed throughout the IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing season. State champion certificates will be presented dur­ing the national banquet in Lincoln, Neb., in November or mailed be­ginning in December. 

Awards to be given at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s in September include complete sets of wheels to front row qualifiers for Modified, Stock Car, Hobby Stock, Northern SportMod and Sport Compact main events.

“AERO Race Wheels has been in business in 1995 and has been an IMCA sponsor since 1996, so they’ve been integral to our growth as a sanctioning body for nearly three decades,” commented IMCA Marketing Integration and Sponsorship Director Carson Becker-Gramm. “Drivers in seven divisions will benefit from that support again this season.”

AERO was recognized earlier this year with a small business award from Iowa Senator Joni Ernst’s office.

Car photos needed this fall for Allstar Performance heat win awards

VINTON, Iowa (June 2, 2023) – With the Memorial Weekend in the rearview, IMCA racing action will heat up literally and figuratively all the way to the end of the IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing point season. Correspondingly, drivers in all nine IMCA divisions winning heat races through the last full weekend of September receive heat win decals courtesy of Allstar Performance. Winning 10 or more heats this season gets them a $100 gift card from the Watervliet, Mich., high performance parts manufacturer. The driver, regardless of division, winning the most heat races gets a $250 gift card.
