Hooker Harness awards go to IMCA special events drivers

FREEPORT, Ill. – Special events competitors in each IMCA division earn product certificates from Hooker Harness again in 2018. WELLINGTON, Kan. – Drivers in five IMCA divisions see their on-track accomplishments recognized again this season by Flow Design.
