Hyperco gives awards in five IMCA divisions, Deery Series

PONTOTOC, Miss. – Drivers in five IMCA divisions, as well as Deery Brothers Summer Series competitors are in the running again this season for product awards from Hyperco.

The Pontotoc, Miss., high performance suspension components manufacturer and 22-year sponsor gives awards based on regional standings for IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, and on national standings for Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMods.

“What can we say … we love IMCA racing!” said Hyperco Motorsports Market Manager Justin Cockerham. “From coast to coast, these guys and gals are racing every weekend and racing hard.”

“The IMCA market, like all circle track racing on both dirt and asphalt is among Hyperco’s largest core markets for providing spring solutions and these competitors help us grow every day as they race in some of the toughest conditions around the country,” he continued. “If you can develop a product that can survive what they are doing on a nightly basis, then you know you are doing something right.”

Top three eligible finishers in each of the five Modified regions, both Stock Car regions, both Hobby Stock regions and in national point races for Northern and Southern SportMods earn product certificates good for two Hyperco SNS Conventional springs.

Hyperco will also give two Conventional SNS springs to the top eligible driver in the tour for IMCA Late Models. Second and third-place eligible drivers each receive one Conventional SNS spring.

All drivers must compete with at least one Hyperco spring and display two Hyperco decals on their race car to be eligible; Modified, Stock Car, Hobby Stock and SportMod drivers must also fill out and return a sign-up form to the IMCA home office by Aug. 1.

Awards will be presented during the national banquet in November or mailed from the IMCA home office the following week.
