URSS heads to Dodge City for 305 Nationals this weekend

DODGE CITY, Kan.  – One of the highlights on the 2018 United Rebel Sprint Series takes place this coming Friday and Saturday, June 15 and 16 as the Rebels head to Dodge City Raceway Park for the second annual Lubbock Wrecker Service 305 Sprint Car Nationals.” The tour will be joined by the track’s Precise Racing Products DCRP Sprint Cars for two nights of fast-paced sprint car action. Friday night’s feature payout will be at least $500 for the winner and $125 to start the finale. All non-qualifiers earn $100. Saturday night’s feature finale winner will earn a cool $3,000 and could earn up to $4,500 with lap money in play as well. Starting the twenty-four-car championship fea­ture finale will take home $600 while all non-qualifiers earn $150. IMCA Modifieds make Sheyenne Speedway debut this Sunday

LISBON, N.D. — For the first time, IMCA Modifieds are coming to Sheyenne Speedway in Lisbon, N.D. Fans will get their first glimpse of the Powdercoat Specialists IMCA Modifieds on the 1/4-mile dirt oval this Sunday, June 10.    Racing begins at 6 p.m.   Modifieds have appeared at Sheyenne in past years, but this will be the first time IMCA-sanctioned Modifieds will run at the track. IMCA RaceSaver Sprints chase $1,000 check at Budweiser Shootout

OSBORN, Mo. – IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars are in the running for a $1,000 top prize at US 36 Raceway’s Friday, June 8 Budweiser Shootout. The feature pays a minimum of $250 to start. Heat winners also earn another $200. Also on the card are Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods racing for $500 to win and a minimum of $70 to start. Both divisions are draw/redraw. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Missouri State and track points will be awarded. Pit passes are $30; there is no entry fee. Spectator admission is $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and military with ID, $8 for kids ages 7-12 and free for six and under. Online registration begins for Dacotah Classic Tour

JAMESTOWN, N.D. – Online registration is now open for IMCA Modified and IMCA Sunoco Stock Car drivers planning to follow the 29th annual Kupper Chevrolet Dakota Classic Tour. Drivers in both divisions can go to the drivers tab on the www.dakotamodtour.com website to pre-register. Modified drivers must be pre-entered to become eligible for provisionals during the tour as well as to compete in the $10,003 to win Corral Sales Legendary 50 on July 13 at Dacotah Speedway. Modified features pay $2,400 to win, a minimum of $300 to start and are qualifying events for the 2018 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot. Davenport paying $2,000 to IMCA SportMod Challenge winner

DAVENPORT, Iowa – Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods vie in a $2,000 to win main event on Friday, June 8 at Davenport Speedway. The IMCA SportMod Challenge will use a draw/redraw format and IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National and Iowa State points will be awarded for the draw/redraw show. VINTON, Iowa – IMCA Modifieds and Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods both race for $1,000 to win at Benton County Speedway’s Sunday, June 10 Iowa Donor Network and Urbana 5 Memorial Night. WINNEMUCCA, Nev. – An event that’s guaranteed to be a classic will see IMCA Modified drivers vie for top checks of $1,500 on both nights of Winnemucca Regional Raceway’s Saturday and Sunday, June 2 and 3 High Desert Classic Shootout. Both features are Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational bal­lot qualifying events. A minimum of $100 will be paid to start and each main event purse totals $5,500. EUNICE, N.M. – IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars get top billing at Cardinal Speedway’s Kelly Sheen Memorial Shootout on Saturday and Sunday, May 26 and 27. Winner’s share of the purse for the ninth annual event has been increased to $3,000. Taking the green in the Stock Car feature pays a minimum of $200. Qualifying is Saturday with 25-lap features on the Sunday program. Bigger paydays have been announced for the other sanctioned divisions as well.
