IMCA Stock Cars are spectacular at Shawano

(June 25, 2022) – Though the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car division is known as The Class Too Tough To Tame, it doesn’t always feature a three-wide battle for the lead for nearly half of the race. But Saturday night at Shawano Speedway it sure did with Trent Nolan prevailing for his fourth win of the year. Fresh off an impressive heat race win earlier in the evening, Dylan Stedjee took the lead on lap one. Tyler Wendt pressured Stedjee from the start, pulled alongside the leader on more than one occasion while Kyle Frederick, Nolan and Luke Lemmens joined the battle at the front of the field. Frederick pulled to the outside of Stedjee on lap seven to take the lead. Lemmens quickly made it three-wide for the lead with Frederick and Stedjee. Reynolds reigns at Boone’s King of the Katwalks

Jared makes it Miller Time at CJ Speedway

COLUMBUS JUNCTION, Iowa (June 24, 2022) – Jared Miller has seen his motor luck go from bad to worse so far this season, but still had a good feeling going into his IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock main event Friday night at CJ Speedway. Those positive vibes became reality after the West Branch driver drew the pole start and held off heavy hitters Randy LaMar and John Irwin following a late restart for the checkers. Wroten makes history at CJ Speedway

It happened in the very tough IMCA Sunoco Stock Car division. Leah Wroten made her third consecutive trip to CJ Speedway and started the main event in the second row. Wroten took the lead on lap five from Kenny O’Donnell and went on to make history by winning the main event in convincing fashion. A late-race caution bunched the field up but Wroten held her line and sailed on to the win ahead of Tom Cannon and O’Donnell. When asked if he could remember the last time a woman made her way to victory lane, promoter Larry Richardson was stumped and could not remember when or if it had happened. IMCA Modified winner takes home $7,007 from Southern Oregon Speedway’s Snyder Salute

MEDFORD, Ore. (June 27, 2022) – Southern Oregon Speedway pays tribute to late track announcer and James Bond fan R. Charles Snyder with a $7,007 to win special for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds July 2 and 3. The fifth annual R. Charles Snyder Salute sees Modifieds run two heats and race for $1,500 to win and a minimum of $150 to start their Saturday night qualifying feature. Ten cars advance from that race; last-chance races and the main event are on Sunday. WACO, Texas (June 27, 2022) – Heart O’ Texas Speedway gets an early start to the Independence Day Weekend celebration with the Baby Blue Harcrow Memorial for IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars. The winner of the final race in the Friday, July 1 and Saturday, July 2 special lassos a $5,000 top prize and earns a guaranteed starting spot in the B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational as well. Rust dominates and Damon Murty takes rich win while Graham earns first Marshalltown checkers

While Joel Rust took a dominant win in the Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, Damon Murty went home $1,000 richer with his IMCA Sunoco Stock Car win and Randy Bryan took the $350 IMCA STARS Mod Lite checkers. Brian Mullen motors to $1,000 payday at Outagamie Speedway

(June 24, 2022) – One hundred and forty-two racers checked to do battle at Outagamie Speedway powered by EWSC Friday night, among them 37 Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, 39 IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, 30 Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods and 19 Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts. The stage was set for the Modified main event as Brian Mullen jumped to the lead at the drop of the green as Shawn Kilgore gave chase.
