Serbus Scores Huset’s Speedway Sprint Car Victory

BRANDON, S.D. (Aug. 2, 2026) — Trevor Serbus charged to the lead on lap three and never looked back, capturing Sunday night’s RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature at Huset’s Speedway.

The Olivia, Minnesota driver took over the top spot from Dillon Bickett on the third circuit of the 20-lap contest and controlled the remainder of the race. A caution with roughly one-third of the race remaining erased his advantage, but Serbus executed a flawless restart and steadily rebuilt his lead over the closing laps.

The victory was Serbus’ third of the season, with each of his wins coming at a different racetrack.

Michalob Voeltz crossed the stripe second, while early leader Bickett completed the podium in third. Corbin Erickson finished fourth, and Braden Ockenga rounded out the top five.

Serbus, Logan Moore, Bickett, and Gracyn Masur each won heat races, while Aydin Lloyd captured the B Main.

Jansen Rallies Late for RaceSaver Sprint Car Victory at Huset’s

By Inside Line Promotions BRANDON, S.D. (June 1, 2025) — Jared Jansen made a late-race pass to score his second career RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car victory. Sawyer Grogan paced the field for the first 18 laps before Jansen drove into the lead using the bottom groove in turns one and two on lap 19. Tye Wilke followed Jansen by Grogan for second, but flipped in turns one and two on the final scheduled lap. That set up a green-white-checkered restart with Jansen holding off Grogan by 0.934 seconds. Jansen, who started the race sixth, is the fourth different driver to win in the division during four races this season. Aydin Lloyd ran third.

Bosma Makes Last-Lap Pass for Huset’s RaceSaver Victory

By Inside Line Promotions BRANDON, S.D. (July 12, 2026) — Brandon Bosma executed a dramatic last-lap pass on Lee Goos Jr. to capture the 20-lap RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature at Huset’s Speedway. Goos Jr. paced the opening 19 laps, but three cautions throughout the race largely kept the leader out of lapped traffic. Bosma stalked the Sioux Falls driver through the second half of the feature before using the high side to surge alongside exiting the final corners, edging Goos Jr. by just 0.081 seconds at the checkered flag. The Rock Rapids, Iowa, driver earned his fourth victory of the season and first at Huset’s Speedway in 2026. The triumph also marked the ninth of his career at the historic 3/8-mile oval. Gregory Scores First Career Sprint Car Victory at Huset’s

(July 19, 2026) — Gavin Gregory broke through for the biggest win of his young career Sunday night, leading every lap of the RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature at Huset’s Speedway to earn his first career sprint car victory. The Luverne, Minnesota, driver was in command throughout the 20-lap main event, building an advantage of more than five seconds before crossing the finish line with a 3.755-second margin of victory. Lee Goos Jr. put together the night’s biggest charge, advancing from 13th to finish second to earn hard charger honors. Mason Slendy completed the podium in third, while Jared Jansen finished fourth. Aydin Lloyd also made an impressive drive through the field, advancing from 12th to round out the top five. Gregory also enjoyed a strong preliminary program by winning one of the evening’s three heat races. Jay Masur and Jansen captured the remaining heat race victories.

$2,000-To-Win Banks Modified Nationals Returns to Sunset Speedway Park Aug. 8

(Aug. 3, 2026) — Some of the Pacific Northwest’s top Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified drivers will converge on Sunset Speedway Park on Saturday, Aug. 8, for the fifth annual Whisler Construction Banks Modified Nationals. The one-night special on the quarter-mile oval pays $2,000 to win and a minimum of $200 to start, with an 18-car field competing for a purse exceeding $6,000. The event also serves as a qualifying event for the 2026 Fast Shafts All-Star Modified Invitational. The feature winner will earn eligibility to attempt to qualify for the Fast Shafts All-Star Modified Invitational, held during the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s in September. Sixteen drivers will earn starting positions through the evening’s preliminary competition. One sponsor provisional and one promoter provisional will complete the 18-car starting field. The action begins Saturday, Aug. 15, with Dynamic Tube Season Championship Night. Karl Kustoms IMCA Modifieds, Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars, and Karl Kustoms IMCA Northern SportMods will each race for $1,000 to win, while Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stocks and Legends compete for $500 to win. Abelson Scores First Win of Season at Park Jefferson

(July 31, 2026) — Chris Abelson took advantage of a mid-race break to collect his first Razor Chassis North Central Region victory of the season Friday night in the Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified feature at Park Jefferson Speedway. Jesse Patterson led the opening laps before Jimmy Cole charged around the outside to take command. Cole appeared headed for victory until he jumped the cushion exiting turn two midway through the 20-lap main event, bringing out the caution. That handed the lead to Abelson, who had worked his way forward from eighth on the starting grid. The Sioux City, Iowa, driver took full advantage, driving away over the closing laps for the win.
