Serbus Scores Huset’s Speedway Sprint Car Victory

By Ben Deatherage BRANDON, S.D. (Aug. 2, 2026) — Trevor Serbus charged to the lead on lap three and never looked back, capturing Sunday night’s RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature at Huset’s Speedway. The Olivia, Minnesota driver took over the top spot from Dillon Bickett on the third circuit of the 20-lap contest and controlled the remainder of the race. A caution with roughly one-third of the race remaining erased his advantage, but Serbus executed a flawless restart and steadily rebuilt his lead over the closing laps. The victory was Serbus’ third of the season, with each of his wins coming at a different racetrack. Michalob Voeltz crossed the stripe second, while early leader Bickett completed the podium in third. Corbin Erickson finished fourth, and Braden Ockenga rounded out the top five. Serbus, Logan Moore, Bickett, and Gracyn Masur each won heat races, while Aydin Lloyd captured the B Main.

Gregory Scores First Career Sprint Car Victory at Huset’s

(July 19, 2026) — Gavin Gregory broke through for the biggest win of his young career Sunday night, leading every lap of the RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature at Huset’s Speedway to earn his first career sprint car victory. The Luverne, Minnesota, driver was in command throughout the 20-lap main event, building an advantage of more than five seconds before crossing the finish line with a 3.755-second margin of victory. Lee Goos Jr. put together the night’s biggest charge, advancing from 13th to finish second to earn hard charger honors. Mason Slendy completed the podium in third, while Jared Jansen finished fourth. Aydin Lloyd also made an impressive drive through the field, advancing from 12th to round out the top five. Bosma Makes Last-Lap Pass for Huset’s RaceSaver Victory

By Inside Line Promotions BRANDON, S.D. (July 12, 2026) — Brandon Bosma executed a dramatic last-lap pass on Lee Goos Jr. to capture the 20-lap RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature at Huset’s Speedway. Goos Jr. paced the opening 19 laps, but three cautions throughout the race largely kept the leader out of lapped traffic. Bosma stalked the Sioux Falls driver through the second half of the feature before using the high side to surge alongside exiting the final corners, edging Goos Jr. by just 0.081 seconds at the checkered flag. The Rock Rapids, Iowa, driver earned his fourth victory of the season and first at Huset’s Speedway in 2026. The triumph also marked the ninth of his career at the historic 3/8-mile oval. Ballenger Earns First Huset’s RaceSaver Victory

(June 14, 2026) — Blake Ballenger scored his first career victory at Huset’s Speedway on Sunday night, prevailing through a pair of late cautions to win the RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature. The triumph came in just Harrisburg racer’s second start at the track. Mason Slendy paced the opening lap of the 20-lap main event before Ballenger charged into the lead on lap two. The race remained under green until the closing stages, allowing Ballenger to build an advantage while several drivers battled throughout the top five. The biggest challenge came from Laney Moore, who reeled in the leader and drew alongside Ballenger entering turn one on lap 14. The pair raced side-by-side for the lead, with Ballenger maintaining the top spot. Lloyd Charges to Season Opening Sprint Car Victory at Huset’s

(May 10, 2026) — Aydin Lloyd led the final 13 laps to capture his second career RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car victory at Huset’s Speedway during the season-opening 20-lap main event. Owen Carlson paced the opening seven circuits before the Brandon native capitalized while working through traffic. Lloyd took command on lap eight and steadily pulled away during the caution-free feature, building nearly a five-second advantage at one point before winning by 1.264 seconds. Carlson settled for second, while Brandon Bosma advanced from ninth to finish third. Andrew Sullivan crossed the line fourth, followed by Cole Vanderheiden in fifth. He became the sixth different winner in six races for the division this season. Zach Patterson paced the field for the first 14 laps before Trevor Serbus moved into the lead on lap 15. The three drivers of Patterson, Serbus and Goos Jr. duked it out for three straight laps of sliders and side-by-side racing with Goos Jr. edging in front on lap 17. Lloyd Charges to First Huset’s Win With Late-Race Pass

By Inside Line Promotions BRANDON, S.D. (Jun. 8, 2025) — Aydin Lloyd earned his first career victory at Huset’s Speedway with a late-race pass during the 20-lap RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car main event. He also became the fifth different driver to win in the division – the only one without a repeat winner – this season. Levi Hinck was patient out front throughout the first 17 laps, but Lloyd was on a mission after starting 10th. Lloyd put his car on the cushion and it propelled him to the lead on lap 18. He pulled away in the final two laps to win by 0.757 seconds. Hinck recorded a second-place finish with Tye Wilke charging from 12th to third.

Jansen Rallies Late for RaceSaver Sprint Car Victory at Huset’s

Sawyer Grogan paced the field for the first 18 laps before Jansen drove into the lead using the bottom groove in turns one and two on lap 19. Tye Wilke followed Jansen by Grogan for second, but flipped in turns one and two on the final scheduled lap. That set up a green-white-checkered restart with Jansen holding off Grogan by 0.934 seconds. Jansen, who started the race sixth, is the fourth different driver to win in the division during four races this season. Aydin Lloyd ran third.

Donnohue Delivers in Traffic for Huset’s Victory

(May 25, 2025) — Brady Donnohue made a late-race pass in traffic to win the 20-lap RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car main event at Huset’s Speedway, which showcased four different leaders. Andrew Sullivan led the first two laps with Dylan Waxdahl taking over the top spot on lap three. Lee Goos Jr. used the top groove to move forward, powering into the lead on lap eight. Donnohue advanced into second place and closed on Goos Jr. once he hit traffic near the midpoint of the race. Donnohue pulled even for the lead twice before he completed the winning move on lap 18 en route to winning by 0.609 seconds. Goos Jr. finished second with Sullivan in third.
