Moore Captures Skagit Speedway Modified Feature

ALGER, Wash. (June 13, 2026) — Kyler Moore scored his first DeVilbiss Racing Chassis Western Region victory of the season Saturday night, winning the Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified feature at Skagit Speedway and earning eligibility to attempt to qualify for the Fast Shafts All-Star Modified Invitational at the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.

Brian Self jumped out to the early lead and paced the opening lap, becoming the first driver to lead a Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified feature at Skagit Speedway in his career. Moore worked his way past Self on lap two and controlled the race from there.

Several late cautions kept the outcome in doubt. A yellow flag with four laps remaining led to a pair of green, white, checkered finishes, extending the race to 27 laps before Moore finally secured the victory.

Cole Logan charged from 10th to finish second. Adam Holtrop completed the podium in third, while Tyson Blood advanced from ninth to fourth. Ben Gunderson rounded out the top five.

Logan Charges from Sixth to Skagit Modified Victory

By Kaleb Hart ALGER, Wash. (May 2, 2026) — Cole Logan of Burlington put together an impressive drive to win the Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified feature at Skagit Speedway. Starting sixth, Logan worked his way to the front in short order, taking the lead from Jeff Hunt on lap seven. Once out front, he went virtually unchallenged the rest of the way to secure his first win of 2026 in the DeVilbiss Racing Chassis Western Region. Adam Holtrop finished second, while Tyson Blood charged from ninth to third. Rory Smith advanced from eighth to fourth, with Hunt rounding out the top five. The race served as a Fast Shafts All-Star Modified Invitational qualifier, putting Logan on the eligibility list to try and qualify for the event to be held in September during the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. Heat race wins went to Holtrop and Lane Zerbin.

Washington’s Skagit Speedway puts spotlight on IMCA Modifieds in 2022

(May 9, 2026) — Cole Logan put on a show in the Karl Kustoms IMCA Modifieds, charging from ninth to score a second straight victory at Skagit Speedway and in the DeVilbiss Racing Chassis Western Region. The Burlington driver worked his way into contention and sat third as the laps wound down before making his decisive move on lap 19. Carrying momentum around the extreme high side, Logan swept past Adam Holtrop and Rick Smith in the same corner to take command. Once out front, Logan pulled away to secure the win, adding another statement performance to his early-season résumé. Blood Takes Timber Cup Barnburner in Modified Monday Main at Elma

(June 15, 2026) — Tyson Blood charged from ninth starting position and edged Kyler Moore in a dramatic last-lap battle to win Monday night’s Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified feature during the Timber Cup at Grays Harbor Raceway. Scott Miller led the opening two circuits before Moore took command on lap three and appeared to have the race under control for much of the 20-lap contest. Blood steadily worked his way through the field and moved into second with eight laps remaining, setting his sights on the leader. Moore maintained a comfortable advantage until a caution with three laps to go erased his lead and set up a thrilling finish. Ballenger Earns First Huset’s RaceSaver Victory

(June 14, 2026) — Blake Ballenger scored his first career victory at Huset’s Speedway on Sunday night, prevailing through a pair of late cautions to win the RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car feature. Dolan Dices Through Lapped Traffic at Port Royal for First Win

(June 13, 2026) — Chris Dolan’s steady climb through the River Valley Builders PA Sprint Series ranks reached a milestone Saturday night as the York driver led all 20 laps of the Penns Valley Meat Market feature at Port Royal Speedway to earn his first career RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car victory. Dolan started from the pole aboard the Jon Williams-owned No. 89D and immediately established himself as the driver to beat. Colton Hendershot settled into second and remained in pursuit for most of the race, with the pair running first and second through the opening 18 circuits.
