CALHAN, Colo. (May 16, 2026) — Jesse Dettman raced from the sixth starting position to earn his first B&B Racing Chassis Northern Region victory of the season in the Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stock feature at El Paso County Raceway.
Dettman charged to the front in the closing stages to secure the win over Calhan’s Adam Bearman. Colorado Springs racer Stacee Payne completed the podium in third while Melanie Robinson and Austin Sikes rounded out the top five.
Daniel Payne put together a dominant performance in the Karl Kustoms IMCA Northern SportMod feature, leading all the way from the pole in the No. 43 machine.
The Calhan driver collected his second victory of the season at ECRP in convincing fashion. Travis Palmer crossed the line second while Andrew Fisher completed the top three in the compact but competitive field.
Falcon’s Briana Worthington delivered an impressive drive in the Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compact feature, charging from fifth to score her first victory of the season.
James Embree finished second while Sean Frank completed the podium in third. Nathaniel Harris was fourth and Melanie Robinson rounded out the top five.
The Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars closed out the night with Peyton’s Brian Lessig driving from the fourth starting spot to capture his first EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region victory of the season.
Brian Lessig Jr. followed closely behind in second to complete the family’s 1-2 finish. Hunter Harvey was third while Mike Puckett, Joey Riese, and Steve Livingston completed the finishing order.
