BOONE, Iowa (July 22, 2025) — Are you Boone Bound for the 43rd annual Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s?

Photos will be posted in the order they’re received on the official IMCA Facebook page, showcasing drivers who have pre-registered for this year’s Sept. 1–6 Super Nationals at Boone Speedway.

Missouri transplant Cochrun eyes STARS Mod Lite debut at IMCA Super Nationals

RIDGEWAY, Mo. – As a spectator at Boone Speedway last September, Kaden Cochrun watched other drivers compete on IMCA’s biggest stage. As a first-time competitor this year, he hopes to be standing on the stage at the 39th annual IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. The California native and now Ridgeway, Mo., transplant will be among the contenders for the first-ever IMCA STARS Mod Lite championship at Super Nationals. “I already know how big this race is. There are going to be a lot of good drivers there and any one of them could win it,” said Cochrun, who turned 18 in early August. “It would be pretty cool if I could be the first Mod Lite Super Nationals champion. Shryock scores IMCA Modified feature win at Boone

By Joyce Eisele BOONE, Iowa (July 18) – Kelly Shryock stated in victory lane that it had been a long time coming to get a feature win at Boone Speedway, but at the end of Saturday’s 20-lap feature for IMCA Modifieds, that is just what he did. Shryock had to fend off some tough competition close behind him much of the race as Randy Havlik, Paul Nagle and Collen Winebarger jousted for position. Nagle made the move around Randy Havlik in the closing laps as they finished second and third, respectively. Winebarger would take fourth place and fellow Oregonian Grey Ferrando took fifth.The 20-lap IMCA Sunoco Stock Car feature was a nail biter right down to the final moments. Devin Smith finally broke from the pack and began to catch up with frontrunners Justin Nehring and Jay Schmidt. He did so with just a few laps remaining, and with the help of a lapped car on the final circuit, dove low and stuck it to sneak around both Nehring and Schmidt and beat both to the checkers. Time trial qualifying to set starting field for 18th annual Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational

BOONE, Iowa – Two rounds of group time trial qualifying will determine 28 of the 30 Modifieds to start the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational at the upcoming IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. On Thursday, Sept. 9, two drivers from each of the five Modified regions advance from round one with another 18 drivers earning at-large berths in round two. Groups will be separated by regions in round one and staggered into groups by round one qualifying times for round two. The top driver in national points and the driver with the most 40-point feature wins competing at Super Nationals and not already qualified complete the field for the $1,000 to win All-Star Invitational on Friday, Sept. 10 Twenty-five dollars will be paid for each lap led courtesy of Elmquist Towing of Ames. Stars Align for Fast Shafts All-Star Modified Invitational at Boone Speedway

By Ben Deatherage BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 20, 2025) — The best of the best in the Friesen Performance IMCA Modified division will gather for the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational, one of the premier showcase events of the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s at Boone Speedway. Drivers become eligible for the All-Star Invitational by winning a sanctioned Modified feature event paying a minimum of $1,000 to win. Qualifying for the 2025 edition continues through the final weekend of August, with the full roster of eligible drivers set before race week. The 2025 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 5 at Boone, with starting spots determined through a combination of group time trials, points, and a final draw. Stock Car Stars Ready for B&B All-Star Invitational at Boone

By Ben Deatherage BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 20, 2025) – Some of the finest drivers in the Sunoco IMCA Stock Car division will take the green flag in the B&B Racing Chassis All-Star Stock Car Invitational, one of the showcase events of the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s at Boone Speedway. Eligibility is earned by winning sanctioned Stock Car events paying a minimum of $1,000 to win, with drivers capturing $5,000 or more specials guaranteed starting positions. Qualifying for the 2025 event continues through the final weekend of August. The All-Star Invitational is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 3 at Boone, with the thirty-car starting grid determined through group time trials, guaranteed spots, and a final draw. 1,000 Drivers Set to Chase Glory at 2025 IMCA Super Nationals

By Ben Deatherage BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 20, 2025) – For the fourth consecutive year, pre-entries for the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s have topped the 1,000 mark. On August 20, Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stock driver Eric Cross of Salina, Kansas, became the 1,000th driver to register for the 43rd annual event. All divisions are currently pacing ahead of last year’s totals, with 285 Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars, 237 Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, 168 Karl Chevrolet IMCA Northern SportMods, 159 Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stocks, 78 Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lites, and 60 Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts already entered. The overall all-time record of 1,036 competitors was set last year, with 1,061 pre-registered entries. The Stock Car total is already an all-time preregistration record for the class, surpassing last year’s mark of 281.
