$1,750-To-Win Terry Wojtek Stock Car Special Returns to Abilene Speedway Aug. 15

ABILENE, Texas (Aug. 3, 2026) — One of the top Sunoco IMCA Stock Car specials in the Lone Star State returns to Abilene Speedway on Saturday, Aug. 15, as the second annual Terry Wojtek IMCA Stock Car All-Star Qualifier Race pays $1,750 to win.

The one-night special will utilize a draw/redraw format and offers a minimum of $125 to start the 20-car feature.

The Terry Wojtek IMCA Stock Car All-Star Qualifier Race serves as a qualifying event for the 2026 B&B Racing Chassis All-Star Stock Car Invitational. The feature winner will earn eligibility to attempt to qualify for the B&B Racing Chassis All-Star Stock Car Invitational, held during the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s in September.

The feature pays $600 for second, $500 for third, $350 for fourth, and $275 for fifth. Drivers finishing sixth through 10th will receive $250, $240, $230, $220, and $200, respectively, while positions 11 through 20 will each earn $100.

A $250 Hard Charger Award will also be presented to the driver advancing the most positions during the feature.

In addition to the Stock Cars, Karl Kustoms IMCA Modifieds and Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA Southern SportMods will also be in competition.

Speedway Motors IMCA Weekly Racing National, Texas State, and Abilene Speedway track points will be awarded in all IMCA divisions. Stock Cars will also compete for EQ Cylinder Heads Southern Region points, while Modifieds race for GRT Race Cars South Central Region points.

Event supporters include Wojtek Racing, Cowboy Pump & Supply, Yearian Mobile Home Service, Miles Moving, Abilene Snappy Lube, and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
