Siefert scores $1,000 IMCA Stock Car payday at Outagamie

SEYMOUR, Wis. (July 14, 2023) – Jared Siefert scored big Friday night, winning the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car feature and $1,000 at Outagamie Speedway.

Jeff Kropp paced the opening laps before coming under attack by former IMCA Modified national champion Siefert, who took his Sniper Speed Chassis to the top groove and raced around Kropp for the lead on lap four.

Tyler Wilson came to call, breaking into the runner-up position. Wilson began to dog Siefert just past the midway point.

A caution on 12 bunched the field as Siefert led. That’s when it began to rain, forcing officials to cancel the remainder of the program. Siefert, already guaranteed a starting spot in the B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational for his $5,000 win at the Jackson Motorplex Stock Car Challenge in May, scored a clean sweep on the night and a pocket full of cash for his efforts.

Wilson had to settle second, Kropp was third and Rod Snellenberger completed the top four.  

Colton See went to victory lane for the first time in the Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods. 

See led from the drop of the green and never looked back, collecting his first-ever feature win at Outagamie with a clean sweep to boot. Rookie standout Coy Vlies placed a solid second, Max Oreskovich was third and Dylan Schmidt placed fourth. The race went green to checkers.  

On Friday July 21, both IMCA Modifieds and Stock Cars will compete during the Outagamie County Fair. Races start at 6:30 p.m.

Schmidt scores big payday at Outagamie

(Aug. 26, 2022) – Seven hundred dollars awaited the winner in Friday’s Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMod feature at Outagamie Speedway and it was Jordan Jahnke jumping to the lead early on until Ryan Schmidt raced from row eight and to the lead on lap three. Schmidt never looked back, scoring the payday with his third win of the season. Cory Kemkes stayed in the title fight with second place finish, Janke took third, Matthew Radtke took fourth and Chris Kuchta rounded out the top five. It was heartbreak in the Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds as Jordan Bartz looked well on her way to victory lane until her racer began to run rough on lap 15. Top side leads LaCrosse to Outagamie victory lane

(July 12) – Benji LaCrosse took the top line to victory lane in IMCA Modified action Friday at Outagamie Speedway.  Marcus Yarie had built up a straightaway advantage over Johnny Whitman but a caution on lap nine halted his progress. On the restart, Yarie collected an infield tire sending it onto that track that caused another caution.  Yarie was sent to the tail of the field, handing the lead over to Whitman. With Whitman running the tires LaCrosse worked the top groove and was able to slip by Whitman on lap 12.  LaCrosse put it on cruise control all the way to victory lane with his second feature win of the sea­son. Snellenberger is hot at Outagamie

By Edward Anschutz SEYMOUR, Wis. (June 18) – “Hot” Rod Snellenberger secured his first win of the season in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars Friday at Outagamie Speedway. Ronnie Otto paced the opening circuits until Aaron Stolp took over on lap three. Stolp was immediately dogged by Snellenberger. Snellenberger went to work, slipping by Stolp on lap nine. Snellenberger set sail, pulling away from the field for his first win of the season. Stolp had to settle for second, point leader Brandon Czarapata was third, Logan Leary took fourth and Brett Wenzel completed the top five. Jerry Wilinski took the top spot early in the IMCA Modified feature. Wilinski worked the low groove as Tyler Wilson began working through the field.
