Hyperco renews awards program for IMCA special events 

Hobby Stock, Late Model, Mod Lite, Modified, Northern SportMod, Southern SportMod, Stock Car

PONTOTOC, Miss. (June 10, 2023) – Special events competitors in seven IMCA divisions earn product awards again this season given by Hyperco.

Hyperco, the high performance suspension components manufacturer that brings Total Performance Advantage to the race track, gives a coil spring to second, third and fourth-place finishers at 80 designated specials for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Late Models, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lites, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods and Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA Southern SportMods. 

A pair of coil springs also go to two designated place finishers in Modified, Late Model, Stock Car, Hobby Stock, Northern SportMod and Mod Lite main events at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s in September.

“Throughout our involvement in global motorsports such as NASCAR, Indycar, Formula 1, WEC and more, short track racing is our core.  IMCA has some of the best competition and personalities, which is what we love the most,” said Hyperco Motorsports & Performance Aftermarket Manager Justin Cockerham. “While on-track performance and results are our main objectives, the people that make up the IMCA family are why we love supporting them so much and look forward to many years of involvement to come!”

Hyperco shifts to special events awards, adds STARS Mod Lites to IMCA program for 2021

PONTOTOC, Miss. – Hyperco takes a new awards approach in 2021, its 24th consecutive season as an IMCA sponsor.
