Another nine IMCA Modified drivers new to Fast Shafts All-Star eligibility

VINTON, Iowa (May 17, 2022) – For a second straight month, the number of drivers earning Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility has increased by nine.

Eddie Sites was the winner on opening night for the Close Racing Supply IMCA Modified Series presented by Precision Hydraulic & Oil at Skyline Raceway Motorsports Park and Troy Foulger topped the second IMCA Central California Clash event at Tulare.

Austen Becerra was best in the Drive For Five lidlifter at Lee County Speedway while Nick O’Neil prevailed at Cocopah’s Mike Corning Memorial.

Friesen Performance IMCA Modified drivers winning $1,000 or more at weekly shows were Nick Trenchard, Matthew Hicks, Benji LaCrosse, Mitchell Hunt and Konnor Wilinski.

Drivers already eligible winning qualifying events included Jared Baird, Tom Berry, Jacob Hobscheidy, Bobby Hogge, Cody Laney – a four-time Central California Clash victor – Chris Mills and Cody Thompson.

Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational eligible drivers now include:

One night isn’t enough for Prelude at Boone

BOONE, Iowa – It’s become an event so big that one night isn’t enough.  Boone Speedway’s Prelude special leading into the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s splits into two days, Saturday, Sept. 4 and Sunday, Sept. 5.  Complete shows for Modifieds and Stock Cars, along with qualifying for the STARS Mod Lites are on the Saturday card. Stock Car champion Dallon Murty races into IMCA Super Nationals record book

BOONE, Iowa (Sept. 11) – A straight forward strategy sent Dallon Murty straight into the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s record book.  Get to the front and stay there.  The 16-year, eight-month old nicknamed ‘The Game Changer’ led the last 19 laps in winning Saturday’s Stock Car main event at Boone Speedway, becoming the youngest champion – by two months – crowned in the storied history of America’s Racin’ Vacation. A record 222 Stock Cars vied at the 39th annual event. Murty earned $5,000 for the win.  “Winning Super Nationals means a lot, so much that I can barely put it into words. Another 10 IMCA Stock Car drivers are B & B Chassis All-Star Invitational contenders

VINTON, Iowa – Ten more IMCA Sunoco Stock Car drivers have raced their way into contention for B & B Chassis All-Star Invitational honors.
