BOONE, Iowa – The IMCA.TV Fantasy Racing Challenge will crown its own nightly winners and an overall champion at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s at Boone Speedway in Boone, Iowa, Sept. 6-11.

To be eligible for prizes in the IMCA.TV Fantasy Challenge, fans will need to make their picks in each division running each night of America’s Racin’ Vacation on the MyRacePass app.

They’ll accumulate points based on how the drivers they pick fare in each race they’re in each night. Prizes will be awarded each night of Super Nationals Monday through Saturday, with the Fantasy Racing Challenge champion crowned after the final checkers on Saturday night. 

“We’ve been looking forward to this,” MRP’s Josh Holt said. “We’ve started doing Fantasy Challenges a couple months ago and have had a lot of fun with it. There’s no better place to play this than Super Nationals. It’s going to be a blast.”

Fantasy Challenge players can begin selecting drivers as soon as lineups are posted each day. All-Star and race of champions events won’t be part of the Challenge, notes Holt, because not all drivers are eligible to qualify. 

Players can search and favorite the Fantasy Challenge profile in the MyRacePass app to view leaderboards and receive push notifications for when picks are open.

Fans playing from the track also receive bonus attendance points if they have the location setting turned on on their phone for the MyRacePass app.

Last-minute campaigns underway for Super Tuesday IMCA Fast Shafts All-Star voting

VINTON, Iowa (July 29) – IMCA Modified candidates have today to do last-minute campaigning before Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballots are cast.  Twenty-eight of the 30 drivers starting the All-Star Invitational will be elected on Super Tuesday tomorrow, July 30: All voting will be through the IMCA Facebook page with the electronic polls open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST.  The top three vote recipients from each of the five Modified regions are guaranteed starting spots, with their region of candidacy determined by where they made the majority of their IMCA sanctioned starts. The next 13 drivers with the highest vote totals, regardless of region, become All-Stars.  Completing the field will be drivers with the top national point total and with the most 40-point feature wins as of Aug. 29 competing at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. Super Nationals Modified, Hobby, SportMod champions earn Karl Kustoms crate engines

BOONE, Iowa – Three of the champions crowned at the upcoming IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s celebrate their accomplishments with new crate engines.  Karl Kustoms presents a new GM 604 crate engine to the Modified champion and new GM 602 crate engines to Hobby Stock and Northern SportMod champions on Saturday, Sept. 11 in the infield at Boone Speedway. One night isn’t enough for Prelude at Boone

BOONE, Iowa – It’s become an event so big that one night isn’t enough.  Boone Speedway’s Prelude special leading into the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s splits into two days, Saturday, Sept. 4 and Sunday, Sept. 5.  Complete shows for Modifieds and Stock Cars, along with qualifying for the STARS Mod Lites are on the Saturday card.
