Dirt Duel, Bill Davis Memorial June 1-3 at Stuart

STUART, Iowa – IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods chase $3,000 top checks at Stuart Speedway’s June 1-3 Dynamic Drivelines Dirt Duel.

Both 50-lap main events on Wednesday night pay a minimum of $400 to start. Qualifying features Monday and Tuesday send top four finishers to the big shows on June 3.

Chassis manufacturers’ races for both divisions pay $1,000 to win with a $50 entry fee and 100 percent payback.

Hot laps start at 6:45 p.m. each night. Mach-1 Sport Compacts race on Tuesday. Also on the Wednesday program are the $1,000 to win Bill Davis Memorial for IMCA Modifieds, plus IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks.

Entry fee is now $150 and increases to $200 on June 2 and $300 on June 3.

Pit passes are $30 a day or $80 for all three days. Grandstand admission is $12 for adults, $5 for students ages 9-16 and free for ages eight and under.

The Dynamic Drivelines Dirt Duel is co-sponsored by Sniper Speed, Midstate Machine and Country Kitchen of Stuart. The purse is based on a three-day show and will be pro-rated in the event one day is canceled by inclement weather.

Gilman scores after fast start at Stuart

By Josh Reynolds STUART, Iowa (June 21, 2023) – Multi-time and defending track champion Josh Gllman was the Friesen Performance IMCA Modified driver no one could catch Wednesday at Karl Chevrolet of Stuart International Speedway. Gilman led Drew Janssen and Martin Bennett over the first half of the race. Bennett faded as Canadian driver Isaiah Geisel got to third with five laps to go but there was no touching Gilman as he sailed to the 3.5 second win. Janssen finished second with Geisel third. The IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars saw Jeff Mueller use his front row start to rocket out to the lead. Buck Schafroth gave chase for the entire 20 laps but there was no catching Mueller on this night as he cruised to the feature win. Schafroth finished second with third going to Miciah Hidlebaugh. Saturday start for IMCA Midwest Madness Tour

HARLAN, Iowa – IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars race for a minimum of $1,000 to win each night of the Arnold Motor Supply Midwest Madness Tour. The tour starts Saturday, June 27 at Shelby County Speedway in Harlan, then travels to The New Raceway Park Speedway at Jefferson, S.D., on Sunday, June 28; Clay County Fair Speedway at Spencer on Monday, June 29; Fairmont, Minn., Raceway on Tuesday, June 30; Kossuth County Speedway in Algona on Wednesday, July 1; Stuart Speedway on Thursday, July 2; and Crawford County Speedway in Denison on Friday, July 3. All shows are draw/redraw and each Modified feature is a qualifying event for the 2020 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot. Most masters Stuart IMCA Modified main event

By Josh Reynolds STUART, Iowa (May 22) – Josh Most was too much for his IMCA Modified foes Wednesday at Stuart Speedway. Most and Bob Daniels were on the front row for the start of the Veterans Night event and Most led lap one with Daniels and Scott Bash in tow. Nick Roberts passed Daniels and Bash for second on lap three, pulling Josh Gilman along into third. Gilman moved into second on lap eight as Most stretched out almost a full straightaway lead at halfway. Ricky Thornton Jr., fresh off his IMCA Sunoco Stock Car win, passed Roberts for third on lap 13 and joined Gilman in the chase for the lead. Lapped traffic began to play a factor on the 15th circuit and the top three began to get closer. Thornton passed Gilman for second as the white flag came out and looked to find a way around Most as they worked down the backstretch. ABBOTT, Texas (January 14, 2025) – Mach-1 Racing Solutions continues its title sponsorship of the IMCA Sport Compact division into the 2025 season. Stealth Racing continues title sponsorship
