Drivers must pre-enter for Super Nationals to compete in Aug. 31 Prelude at Boone

BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 27) – Another week, another record number of entries for the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.  Registration opened on July 7 and Northern SportMod driver Travis Burger of Manhattan, Kan., became the first pre-entry. Modified driver Brent Dutenhoffer of Watertown, S.D., became the record 800th pre-registered driver this afternoon.  This is the earliest day early entry numbers for Super Nationals have hit that mark. VINTON, Iowa (Aug. 17, 2022) – Eighteen Friesen Performance IMCA Modified drivers are new to Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility, following recent feature wins in sanctioned events paying $1,000 or more. Travis Denning topped Davenport Speedway’s Ron Weedon Memorial while Modified Madness winners at Idaho Falls Raceway were Jason Donnelly and Sam Hoffman. Hunting With Heroes Salute to Veterans checkers flew for Johnathon Logue. Tyler Madigan took home the blue ribbon and top check from Dubuque’s County Fair show and Chad Melton was the Mike Night winner at Kennedale Speedway Park.  Clay Sellard paced Summer Nationals at Dodge City Raceway Park and Dave Shipley was best at Buffalo River’s Duel On The River.  Winner of the Coal County Classic at McLean County was Shawn Strand. VINTON, Iowa (July 14, 2023) – Another 15 IMCA Sunoco Stock Car drivers have secured eligibility for B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational qualifying. Those doing so by winning weekly sanctioned events paying $750 and upwards were Steffan Carey, Tommy Fain, Dalton Flory, Miciah Hidlebaugh, Dillon Lawrence and Nick Strobbe. Winners on the Midwest Madness Tour were Jeffrey Larson, Justin Luinenburg, Tim Rupp and Jake Sachau. Justin Erickson and Luke Silber had first place finishes at Freedom Nationals. Will Scheresky topped Nodak Speedway’s Too Dark Fireworks special and Rob VanVil and Brendon LaBatte claimed IMCA.TV Dakota Classic Tour triumphs. Mike Nichols and Cody Smith raced to guaranteed starting spots with Tanner Pelster Memorial and Baby Blue Harcrow victories, respectively.
