OSBORN, Mo. – With rain in the forecast for race day on March 29, U.S. 36 Raceway officials have made the decision to cancel the Rumble in the Bullring.
Both IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, running in the Sprint Series of Nebraska opener, and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars were on the Friday program.
The opening night for U.S. 36 will now be on April 5 and feature IMCA Modifieds, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods.
By Rick Staley OSBORN, Mo. (Oct. 1, 2022) – Mich Ross showed his IMCA Sunoco Stock Car foes the way to victory lane on Saturday, night two of the Missouri Nationals at US 36 Raceway. The new B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational candidate started outside Randy Smith Jr. on the front row of a main event that promised excitement and fireworks from the drop of the green flag. As the front two battled, second row starters Chad Clancy and Conner Masoner showed their hand to the leaders. Ross got out front with Clancy in pursuit and the two remained this way through much of the feature. Masoner and Smith faded slightly in the closing laps with JJ Baumli raging to the front. Baumli close in on Clancy and Ross but fell two places shy of taking the win away. CAMERON, Mo. – The drivers’ meeting for the 2019 season at US 36 Raceway and Bethany Speedway is set for 9 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019 at the Cameron Community Center. The drivers’ meeting is combined for both race tracks so drivers can get all their paperwork completed for both tracks if they choose to. The meeting will allow drivers and teams to register their car and reserve pit stalls for the upcoming season. Registration for the 2019 season for IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars is $60 and $50 for Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods is $50. Pit stalls are $60 to reserve for the 2019 season. The meeting will also include a discussion on the updated 2019 general rules and teams can bring any questions they have. By Rick Staley OSBORN, Mo. (May 20, 2022) – Racing returns to US 36 Raceway Friday, May 20 with six IMCA divisions seeing action on the high banks. Adding to the excitement it is CARB Night with all Central Auto Racing Booster members getting in free to the grandstands by presenting their CARB membership card at the grandstand gate. Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCA STARS Mod Lites, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern Sport Mods and Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts all vie for that checkered flag and first-place trophy. Pit passes are $35. In addition to free grandstand admission for CARB members displaying membership cards, spectator admission is $15 for adults, $12 for seniors 65 and older and active military and veterans, $5 for kids ages 7-12 $5 and kids ages six and under are free. Pit gates open at 5 p.m. The grandstand opens at 6 p.m., the drivers’ meeting is at 7 p.m., hot laps are at 7:15 p.m. with racing to follow.
