Hanes leads every lap at US 36 

OSBORN, Mo. – US 36 Raceway will open May 8 and Bethany Speedway on May 9 with all IMCA points awarded both nights. “Response has already been great and we’re expecting tremendous car counts both Friday and Saturday,” said promoter Jon Boller Jr.  IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional, E3 Spark Plugs Missouri State and track points will be given for IMCA Modified, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod divisions at both Friday and Saturday shows. Central and North Central Region points will be available to Modified drivers. (July 29, 2022) – Mike Nichols had to give a 10 to his 10th IMCA Sunoco Stock Car feature win of the season.  Nichols became the sixth different winner in as many years US 36 Raceway has hosted the Joe Crist Memorial, earning $2,262 for the Friday night victory at Osborn.  “They had 30 cars there and any time you’ve got that many Stock Cars together, you’re bound to see good racing,” Nichols said following career checkers number 593 in the division.  Derrick Agee, Danny Holt and Brandon Williams were among the first to fight it out for the lead with each taking a turn out front. Agee held off Holt, who then charged by on the outside. By Jacob Blair OSBORN, Mo. (July 10) – A strong field of race cars checked in to race at U.S. 36 Raceway on July 10. A mix of new and return winners in 2020 made for an entertaining night. With a dominating performance, Carson Masoner picked up his first career win in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car feature. One week after letting one slip away late, Masoner drove away from the field to pick up the win and celebrate in victory lane. Brad Derry moved up to finish second after starting 10th.  The IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars saw a new face in victory lane as Kenny Potter earned his first win of the season. Early on, Potter and Tyler Drueke battled for the lead before Drueke broke and went pitside. Chris Couch finished second with Austin Couch in third.
