IMCA Modifieds chase $5,000 and Merced’s Jerry Shannon Memorial

MERCED, Calif. (March 23, 2022) – A check for $5,000 goes to the winner of Saturday night’s IMCA Modified main event at Merced Speedway’s Jerry Shannon Memorial.  The winner also becomes eligible to qualify for the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational; a minimum of $200 will be paid to start the March 26 feature. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and IMCA Northern SportMods are also on the card that evening. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing national, regional, KMJ Performance State and track points will be awarded. Pit gates open at 2 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 5 p.m. Racing starts at 7 p.m. Grandstand admission is $17 for adults, $15 for seniors 55 and older, and free for kids 11 and under.  The Jerry Shannon Memorial will be broadcast by IMCA.TV.

Batesville primed for March 24-26 Arkansas Spring Nationals

BATESVILLE, Ark. (March 22, 2022) – IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars both run for $1,500 to win each night of Arkansas Spring Nationals at Batesville Motor Speedway. The Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 24-25-26 special is presented by the Skyway Auto Group. Each runner-up earns $1,000 and the minimum paid to start a 24-car field is $200. Modified feature winners earn Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility while Stock Car feature winners become eligible to qualify for the B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational. MESQUITE, Texas (March 22, 2022) – Being quick pays off even more during the upcoming Texas 305 RaceSaver Sprint Nationals. The Friday, March 25 main event for IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars at Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite pays $1,000 to win and a minimum of $200 to start while the Saturday, March 26 headliner pays $2,000 to win and a minimum of $500 to start. Gates open Thursday at 3 p.m. and tech starts at 4 p.m. with an open practice to follow from 6-9 p.m. Newly announced Smiley’s quick time awards of $1,000, $500 and $250 will be paid that evening. IMCA Modifieds, Northern SportMods Brawl this weekend at Davenport

DAVENPORT, Iowa (March 22, 2022) – IMCA Modifieds race for a cool $1,000 to win on night two of Davenport Speedway’s March 25 and 26 Thaw Brawl.  Modifieds and IMCA Northern SportMods are on both cards, with Friday and Saturday SportMod features paying $500 to win. The Saturday Modified winner also becomes Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligible. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Razor Chassis North Central Region and KMJ Performance State points will be awarded each night. ARDMORE, Okla. (March 7, 2022) – Southern Oklahoma Speedway’s Southern Stampede special sees three IMCA divisions in action March 17, 18 and 19. Beatrice hosts rescheduled IMCA Spring Nationals March 18-19

BEATRICE, Neb. (March 7, 2022) – Spring Nationals now bring five IMCA divisions to Beatrice Speedway on Friday and Saturday, March 18 and 19.  Forecasts for inclement weather have forced track officials to postpone the 29th annual event. IMCA Modifieds race for $2,500 to win, a minimum of $250 to start and Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility, while IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars run for $1,000 to win and a minimum of $100 to start on Friday, $2,000 to win and a minimum of $200 to start on Saturday, and B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility both nights. MESQUITE, Texas (March 7, 2022) – The track Where Fast is Fun will be primed to host the second annual Texas 305 RaceSaver Sprint Nationals Friday and Saturday, March 11 and 12. Abilene Speedway starts new season with traditional IMCA.TV Ice Breaker

IMCA STARS Mod Lites are Florida bound for Winter Nationals presented by Sunoco Race Fuels

CLEWISTON, Fla. – The stars of the IMCA STARS Mod Lite division are Florida-bound in February for the $5,000 to win Sugar Bowl Winter Nationals presented by Sunoco Race Fuels at Hendry County Motorsports Park.  The Saturday, Feb. 12 main event at Clewiston pays $500 to start while the non-qualifiers feature that evening pays $300 to win and $100 to start.  The Winter Nationals Weekend at The Southern-Most Dirt Track in America begins Wednesday, Feb. 9 with an open practice and $500 to win and $100 to start Race of Champions Invitational. Racer’s Winter Swap Meet this Saturday in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Neb. – Drivers and race team members looking to get a jump on the 2022 race season or maybe just pick up a bargain or two will be headed to the Racer’s Winter Swap Meet and Trade Show this Saturday at Ag Park, located at 822 15th Street in Columbus.
