VINTON, Iowa (June 25, 2026) — Registration for the 44th annual Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s opens at noon (CST) on Monday, July 13, for the premier event in IMCA racing.
America’s Racin’ Vacation returns to Boone Speedway in Boone, Iowa, from Sept. 5-12, where thousands of drivers, crews, and fans will converge for one of the largest racing events in the world.
Before registering, competitors must first purchase an IMCA license for every division in which they intend to compete. Drivers should then register for the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals on MyRacePass. Entries will be confirmed in the order they are received, with car numbers assigned based on confirmation order.
Pit stall reservations should only be made after completing event registration. Applications can then be submitted through the official Super Nationals pit stall reservation page.
The week begins with the NAPA Auto Parts Double Down Prelude on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 5-6. Stealth Racing IMCA Mod Lites will compete in qualifying heats and features on Saturday before crowning their champion on Sunday.
Racing officially continues Monday, Sept. 7, with Sunoco IMCA Late Models competing for their coveted title while Karl Kustoms IMCA Northern SportMods and Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stocks begin qualifying heats and features.
Tuesday’s program features the championship event for the Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts. SportMods and Hobby Stocks continue qualifying, while the Stephenville Starter Hobby Stock Race of Champions and Pulse Racing Innovations Northern SportMod Race of Champions are also on the schedule.
Karl Kustoms IMCA Modifieds and Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars make their first appearances of the week on Wednesday with qualifying heats and features. Wednesday’s group time trials will also begin setting the field for Thursday’s B&B Racing Chassis All-Star Stock Car Invitational, where winners of IMCA-sanctioned Stock Car features paying $5,000 or more are guaranteed starting positions. The remainder of the 30-car field will be determined through a second round of qualifying before a draw sets the official starting lineup.
Thursday features additional qualifying heats and qualifying features for the Modifieds and Stock Cars while also determining the field for Friday’s Fast Shafts All-Star Modified Invitational. Two drivers from each of IMCA’s five Modified regions will advance from the opening round of Thursday’s group time trials, with the fastest remaining competitors filling the balance of the field in round two. The top driver in Speedway Motors IMCA Weekly Racing National points and the top driver in 40-point feature wins who compete at Super Nationals will also earn starting positions. No provisionals will be issued for either invitational.
Friday’s program includes the final Modified and Stock Car qualifying races before the Fast Shafts All-Star Modified Invitational takes center stage that evening.
Championship Saturday on Sept. 12 will crown Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s champions in the Modifieds, Stock Cars, SportMods, and Hobby Stocks. Also on the program are the Rage Chassis Modified Race of Champions and Sunoco Stock Car Race of Champions. Once the racing concludes, fans are invited to the annual engine auction in the NAPA Auto Parts Fan Zone, which also hosts nightly redraws, driver appearances, and fan interaction activities throughout the week.
The Modified champion will earn $10,000, while the Stock Car winner receives $8,000. SportMods race for a $5,000 top prize. Hobby Stocks and Late Models each pay $3,000 to win, the Mod Lite champion earns $2,000, and the Sport Compact champion collects $1,250.
Last year’s Super Nationals featured several first-time champions. Jon Padilla captured the Mod Lite title, Jake McBirnie earned his first Stock Car crown, Dillon Richards prevailed in the Sport Compact finale, and Jesse Sobbing claimed his first Late Model big dance win. Tim Ward won his second Modified title, Dylan Nelson became a two-time Hobby Stock champion, and Jake Sachau earned his second SportMod championship.
The 2025 edition established an all-time event record with 1,126 entries, eclipsing the previous marks of 1,032 in 2024, 1,017 in 2023, 1,000 in 2022, and 909 in 2021. More than $300,000 in purse money and an additional $100,000+ in contingency awards will be distributed during this year’s event.
Fans unable to attend can watch every lap of both the NAPA Auto Parts Double Down Prelude and the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s live on IMCA TV, where America comes to watch racing.
