IMCA Modifieds, Stocks, SportMods on Hawkeye Land 40 card tonight

TIPTON, Iowa (April 4, 2024) – Point the finger at wet weather and resulting wet grounds, following cancellation of the scheduled April 5 and 6 Spring Fling at Cedar County Raceway. Instead, three IMCA divisions visit Tipton for the first time this season on Thursday, April 18, running with the MLRA at the Darkside Promotions’ Hawkeye Land 40. Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds vie for $1,000 to win and Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars chase $750 to win and B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility, and Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods run for $500 to win. Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds are on the card both nights of the March 29 and 30 Nippy 50 Super Late Model show at Maquoketa Speedway, running for $1,500 to win on Friday and $2,500 to win on Saturday.
