Southern Oklahoma hosts IMCA Stampede March 14-16

ARDMORE, Okla. (March 5, 2024) – Three IMCA divisions are in action each night of Southern Oklahoma Speedway’s March 14-16 Southern Stampede.

Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds run for $2,000 to win and $200 to start on Thursday, $1,000 to win and $100 to start on Friday and $3,000 to win and $300 to start in the Saturday finale at Ardmore.

IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA South­ern SportMods both run for $1,000 to win and $100 to start on opening night, with $750 to win and $75 to start on night two and $1,250 to win and $125 to start night three.

Modified feature winners become eligible to qualify for the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational, Stock Car feature winners for the B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational.

IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing Na­tional and Oklahoma State points will be awarded each night in all three divisions. Modified drivers also receive GRT Race Cars South Central Region points and Stock Car drivers earn EQ Cylinder Heads Southern Region points.

Modified pre-entry is $75 for Thursday or Friday, $125 for Saturday or $200 for all three days. Stock Car and SportMod pre-entry is $75 for Thursday or Friday, $100 for Saturday or $175 for all three days.

Drivers can register now on MyRacePass. Pre-entry ends at 5 p.m. CST sharp on March 11.

Pit gates open at 3 p.m. each day with racing at 6:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday and at 5 p.m. on Saturday. Pit passes are $35 each night. Spectator admission is $15 for adults and $10 for kids ages 6-12 Thursday and Friday, and $20 for adults and $15 for kids 6-12 on Saturday.

Each race program will be broadcast by IMCA.TV.
