SANTA PAULA, Calif. (May 17, 2023) – Every driver in every IMCA division races for a share of the $15,000-plus in post-season awards given by JAZ Products again in 2023.
This is the 28th season of IMCA sponsorship for the Santa Paula, Calif., high performance parts manufacturer, also a long-time fixture as part of the national decal program for the Modified division.
“JAZ Products is proud to be a continued supporter of IMCA racers over the years and is happy to offer contingency awards to show appreciation for their efforts,” said Sales Manager Bradley Jewett. “JAZ would like to wish the racers the best of luck in the 2023 racing season.”
JAZ gives $500, $300, $200, $100 and $75 product certificates to top five drivers in standings for each of the five regions for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, and to the top five finishers in national IMCA Sunoco Late Model, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car, Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lite, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMod, Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA Southern SportMod and Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compact points.
All certificates will be presented during the IMCA national banquet this fall or mailed beginning the following week.
Modified drivers must display two JAZ logos on their race car to be eligible for either point fund shares or post-season awards.
The Modified champion at the Sept. 4-9 IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s receives a $500 product certificate, with Late Model, Stock Car, Mod Lite Hobby Stock, Northern SportMod and Sport Compact champions, and the champion of the RaceSaver Nationals all earning $100 certificates.
