Schoenfeld marks 25th season as IMCA sponsor

VAN BUREN, Ark. (May 11, 2023) – Schoenfeld Headers marks its silver anniversary season of IMCA sponsorship, renewing awards for special events drivers in five divisions for 2023.

Competitors at 80 designated specials for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Late Models, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods and Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA Southern SportMods all receive $50 product certificates from the Van Buren, Ark., manufacturer of the Official Mufflers of IMCA and 25-year sponsor.

When required to run a noise reduction system of 98 decibels or more, Modified, Late Model, Stock Car and SportMod drivers must compete with one of the three official Schoenfeld mufflers.

Schoenfeld also returns to the national decal program for Modifieds and all drivers in that division must display two Schoenfeld logos on their race car to be eligible for shares of national and regional point funds.

Product certificates valued at $220 for the Late Models, $200 for the Modifieds and $150 for both Stock Car and Northern SportMod will be given to champions of those divisions crowned at the Sept. 4-9 IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.

Founded in 1974 and still family-owned and operated, Schoenfeld is the world’s largest manufacturer of circle track headers in addition to a complete line related exhaust components.
