Schoenfeld continues special events awards, returns to decal program for IMCA Modifieds

VAN BUREN, Ark. – IMCA drivers in five divisions benefit from the support of Schoenfeld Headers for a 23rd consecutive season.

The Van Buren, Ark., company, manufacturer of the Official Mufflers of IMCA, returns to the national decal program for Modifieds while continuing special events awards for five divisions.

All Modified drivers are required to display two Schoenfeld logos on their race car to be eligible for shares of national and regional point funds, to be presented during the IMCA awards banquet in November or mailed beginning in December.

Schoenfeld also gives $50 product certificates to competitors at 80 designated special events for IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Late Models, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMods.

Those  certificates will be mailed within a week after official race results are received at the IMCA home office.

When required to run a noise reduction system of 98 decibels or more, Modified, Late Model, Stock Car and SportMod drivers must compete with one of the three official Schoenfeld mufflers.

Schoenfeld also manufactures headers and related exhaust components. Information about the company’s dirt track product line is available at the www.schoenfeldheaders.com website, by calling 479 474-7529 and on Facebook.

“We’ve enjoyed a very long relationship with Schoenfeld Headers and it has been a cornerstone program for IMCA,” commented Kevin Yoder, director of marketing for IMCA. “We are proud to renew it for another season and look forward to a great year.”
