FRANCIS CREEK, Wis. (July 19, 2022) – Winning the fifth annual King of the Creek special for IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars this week at 141 Speedway will pay $10,000.
Knowing you finished at the front of a field filled with many of the best drivers in The Class Too Tough To Tame, and earned a guaranteed starting spot in the B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational will be priceless.
Appleton Camping Center returns as presenting sponsor for the July 20 and 21 event at Francis Creek. Qualifying and a $750 to win feature for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds is on the Wednesday card; a $500 to win feature for Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods and a $250 to win feature for Mach-1 Sport Compacts complement last-chance qualifying and the Stock Car main event on Thursday.
Stock Car drivers can register at MyRacePass. Cost is $115. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional and KMJ Performance State points will be awarded.
Pit gates open at 3 p.m. and racing starts at 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday grandstand admission is $15 for adults and $12 for seniors and students. On Thursday, admission to the grandstand is $20 for adults and $15 for seniors and students. Pit passes are $30 and kids ages 10 and under get in free both days.
Pit stalls are $25 and can be reserved by calling or texting 920 360-5925. Rental of a Westhold transponder is $20 and requires a driver’s license. Pit vehicle/ATV registration is $10.
Performance Motorsports will be on site with parts and fuel all week. All camping is across the street and available for $25 per space. Those arrangements can be made at 920 819-0475. Showers are also available to campers.
The Left Turn Lounge opens daily at 11 a.m.
Pit gates open at 3 p.m. and an open practice session runs from 7:30-10 p.m. tonight (Tuesday). Pit passes are $20 and grandstand admission is free.
