Registration begins for 40th IMCA Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa (June 30, 2022) – Registration has begun for the 40th annual IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.

The form for pre-registration can be found at imcasupernationals.com. 

“We encourage drivers planning to be part of the Sept. 5-10 Super Nationals to get this process done as soon as possible,” noted IMCA President Brett Root. “It helps makes planning for this event easier for everyone.” 

Drivers must be IMCA members in the division for which they register in order for their registration to be confirmed. They must also be registered for the event before their pit stall application will be processed.

Pit stall application links are also on Super Nationals menus on both IMCA and Boone Speedway websites. In addition, drivers have to be pre-registered to compete in the Sept. 3-4 Prelude.

The Prelude and each night of Super Nationals will be broadcast by IMCA.TV.

Pre-registration fees for the upcoming Super Nationals remain unchanged. Modifieds are $40, Stock Cars, Hobby Stocks, Northern SportMods and Mod Lites are $25, Late Models are $50 and Sport Compacts are $15.

Cornhole competitors bag big bucks in three tourneys during Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 4, 2022) – The popular cornhole tournaments return to Boone Speedway during the 40th annual IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s, and competitors will have three opportunities to bag big money. A maximum of 48 two-person teams will be entered in double elimination tournaments Sunday, Sept. 4; Wednesday, Sept. 7; and Friday, Sept. 9.  Entry fee for each tourney is $40. Teams are required to pre-register and pre-pay, and must do so online through IMCA or Super Nationals websites.  There will be a 100 percent payback to top four teams in each tournament and no refunds paid to teams that register but don’t show up.  “We anticipate full fields for each tournament and recommend that teams interested in competing register as soon as possible,” said IMCA President Brett Root. “Check-in time is 9:30 a.m. and I anticipate that tournaments will start before 10 a.m. each day, so get there early.”  Tournaments will be held near the east catwalk in the pit area. 2019 Super Nationals

Warrior nominations sought for honorary starters of last-chance Modified features

BOONE, Iowa – IMCA drivers and fans are asked to Nominate A Warrior as an honorary starter for each of the three last-chance Modified features on Saturday, Sept. 7 during the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.  Current or former service members are eligible and letters or emails of nomination should be 500 words or less and tell about the nominee and their service to our country.  Nominations should be directed to Marketing Director Kevin Yoder at the IMCA home office or kyoder@imca.com. “We enjoy this opportunity to honor those who have or are currently serving our country in the armed forces,” Yoder said. “Super Nationals is our biggest event and it is a privilege for us to recognize them on championship day at Boone Speedway.” All three honorary starters will be recognized that afternoon when officials from Casey’s General Store and IMCA present a check to Hope For The Warriors.
