Booneshine is coming back to Boone for 40th annual IMCA Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa (2022) – Booneshine makes its triumphant and much anticipated return to Boone Speedway and the 40th annual IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.

The popular methanol moonshine originated in Australia, is distilled at Century Farms Distillery in Spencer and made its first September appearance at Iowa’s Action Track last year.

The 33 Modified drivers and now 30 Stock Car drivers qualifying for their respective Big Dances on Saturday night receive commemorative bottles of Booneshine, featuring a photo of their iconic three-wide starts and labeled specific to their individual starting positions.

Methanol Moonshine co-creator Wade Aunger is returning from Down Under to help with announcing and IMCA.TV reporting duties at Super Nationals.

The affable Aussie, explained co-announcer Jerry Vansickel, fell in love with the event in general and the Stock Car division in particular during his inaugural Super Nationals stint in 2021 and decided that drivers in The Class Too Tough To Tame were deserving of a bottle of recognition as well.

Fans interested in purchasing Booneshine should watch the Century Farms Distillery Facebook page or go to cfwhiskey.com for more information.

Booneshine will be delivered during the week of Super Nationals and will also be available at Fareway and Hy-Vee in Boone.
