IMCA STARS Mod Lite winner of Lakeside’s Rage on the River earns $1K

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – The winner of Lakeside Speedway’s inaugural IMCA STARS Mod Lite Rage on the River special takes home $1,000. 

The Friday, Sept. 24 main event pays a minimum of $150 to start and $75 to non-qualifiers. Yoshimura bonuses of $250, $150 and $100 will be paid to top three finishers and the hard charger receives a Hoosier tire certificate. 

IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National and KMJ Performance State points will be awarded.

Car and driver is $50 and pit passes are $35 or $15 for kids seven and under. Pre-tech starts at 3 p.m., pit gates open at 5 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 6 p.m. Hot laps are at 7:15 p.m. with racing to follow. 

Spectator admission is $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and military, $5 for juniors ages 12-15 and free for 11 and under.
