Racing action returns to the high banks of US 36 Raceway

OSBORN, Mo. – Exciting racing action like none other roars back on the beautiful high banks of US 36 Raceway tonight (Friday) with IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern Sport Mods on the Aug. 27 program. 

The HWY 36 Auto and Diesel Shocker Chassis Shootout is this Friday Night as well with Mich Ross, Rickie Bobby, Shadren Turner, Nate Barnes, Carson Masoner and JJ Baumli ready to compete. One lucky fan can leave with $200 cash in their pocket if they choose the winning driver, if not, they still receive $100 for playing so be sure and sign up at the beer shack for a chance to win. The drawing will be at Intermission and the winning driver will either receive $400 or $300 depending on the fan’s choice.

Pit gates open at 5 p.m., grandstand gates open at 6 p.m., the drivers’ meeting is at 7:15 p.m. with hot laps and racing to follow. Pit passes are $35, grandstand admission is $15 for adults, kids 6-1212 to 6 are $5 and kids five and under free.

United Rebel Sprint Series hosts Missouri doubleheader

OSBORN, Mo. – The POWRi Drive to Zero United Rebel Sprint Series Presented by Mel Hambelton Ford Racing has two Missouri events on the schedule Friday, July 23 and Saturday, July 24.  Both races will pay $1,000 to win with $200 to start the “A” features. On Friday, July 23, competition will take place atop the 3/8-mile high banked resurfaced facility of US 36 Raceway in Osborn. The enhancements on the track have given fans and drivers excitement, with close, action-packed racing. Championship Night this Friday at US 36 Raceway

OSBORN, Mo. – This Friday, Sept. 25, is championship night at US 36 Raceway. US 36 will crown the season champion in IMCA Modifieds, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars. As part of championship night, the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars will race for $1,200 to win and a minimum of $250 to start. This is also the final opportunity for drivers and teams to race before the fall special at US 36, the second annual Missouri Nationals on Oct. 8-10. Pit gates open at 4 p.m. The grandstands open at 6 p.m. with hot laps at 7:30 p.m. and racing at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 for general admission, $18 for senior and military and children 12 and younger are free. Pit passes are $35.

US 36 Raceway updates 2019 schedule, announces inaugural Missouri IMCA Nationals

OSBORN, Mo. – An updated 2019 schedule for US 36 Raceway has been posted. Highlighting the update is the addition of the Missouri IMCA Nationals. The Missouri IMCA Nationals will take place Oct. 9-12 and will feature IMCA Modifieds, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods.  More details about this event will be released at a later date.  US 36 Raceway is also making an effort in 2019 to allow each regular division three or four nights off dur­ing the course of the season. Due to that, adjustments have been made for various dates throughout the season. Drivers, teams and fans please review the updated schedule to review what nights which division has off.
