BOONE, Iowa – Harris Auto Racing marks another milestone at the upcoming IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.
The Boone, Iowa, chassis manufacturer returns for a 15th consecutive season as title sponsor of the Modified Race of Champions, furnishing a portion of the purse to be paid for the $1,000 to win feature on Saturday, Sept. 11.
Qualifying for the 12-car, 12-lap, race is Thursday, Sept. 9 and is open to top drivers in local track standings competing at Super Nationals, as well as 2021 track champions, former national, regional and Super Nationals champions, and to previous race winners.
Two hundred and ten different drivers from 26 states and Canada have competed in the Modified Race of Champions since it was added to the Super Nationals schedule.
Owned by IMCA Modified and Stock Car driver Kyle Brown, Harris is now its 26th season of IMCA sponsorship.
