Performance Bodies awards more than $25,000 in 39th IMCA sponsorship season

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – Performance Bodies nears completion of a fourth decade of IMCA sponsorship, renew­ing a generous program of awards for drivers in seven divisions. 

The Cedar Falls, Iowa, high performance au­tomotive parts distributor and race car body manufacturer gives more than $25,000 in product certificates in its 39th sponsorship season.

Performance Bodies also returns to national de­cal programs for IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and as primary sponsor for IMCA Sunoco Late Model and IMCA Sunoco Stock Car rookie of the year programs.

MD3 product certificates valued at $175 go to second through seventh place drivers in point standings, as well as the second, third and fourth-place drivers in rookie of the year standings in each of the five Modified regions. 

Top five drivers in national Late Model points and the rookie of the year in that division each get $419 MD3 product certificates. 

Top 10, 15th and 20th place drivers in both Stock Car regions and the national Stock Car rookie of the year receive $179 MD3 product certificates while top 10 drivers 15th and 20th place finishers in both Hobby Stock regions and the national Hobby Stock rookie of the year all receive $152 MD3 product certificates.

Second through 10th place drivers in both Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod national standings, and rookie of the year runners-up in both divisions earn $175 MD3 product certificates.

And gift cards valued at $100, $50 and $50, respectively, go to the top three drivers in national Mach-1 Sport Compact point standings.

Those Performance Bodies awards will be presented during the IMCA national banquet this fall or mailed be­ginning the following week from the IMCA home office.

MD3 product certificate awards to be presented to fifth through seventh place finishers in main events at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s include $175 in both the Modifieds and Northern SportMods, $179 in the Stock Cars and $152 in the Hobby Stocks.
