OSBORN, Mo. (Oct. 23) – Today (Wednesday) is the final day to take advantage of early pre-entry for the first ever Missouri IMCA Nationals on Oct. 25-26.

The event at US 36 Raceway features IMCA Modifieds, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern Sport Mods and is sponsored by Westfall GMC, Timberline Trading, NAPA Auto Racing and Boller Motorsports.

Modified and Sprint Car pre-entry is $60 and Stock Car and Sport Mod pre-entry is $50. After today’s deadline passes, entry increases to $100.

Jet Racing has also provided several gift certificates to be awarded on race day.

Friday is practice night and racing will take place on Saturday. The pit gates open at 11 a.m. on Saturday, hot laps are at 1 p.m. and racing starts at 2 p.m. Tickets are $20 for general admission and children 12 and younger are free. Big paydays await all divisions at U.S. 36 Raceway this Friday

OSBORN, Mo. – Three points nights remain on the 2020 schedule at US 36 Raceway and this Friday, Sept. 4 is one of the biggest of the season, as all divisions will see an increased payout.  IMCA Modifieds are racing for $1,000 to win and $100 to start their 2021 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifier. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars have $500 to win and $100 to start on the line and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods will battle for $400 to win and $70 to start.  All three divisions will run a draw/redraw format.  U.S. 36 Raceway is also working with Bethany Speedway to provide a bonus to any driver who can sweep the weekend. Bethany Speedway is racing Saturday, Sept. 5 and any Modified driver who can win both races will receive a $200 bonus. If a Stock Car driver can sweep the weekend they will receive a $150 bonus and if a SportMod driver can complete the task, they will receive a $125 bonus. Rain wins out at U.S. 36 Raceway for May 29

OSBORN, Mo. – Due to rain and saturated grounds, U.S. 36 Raceway officials have canceled racing for May 29.  Up next at U.S. 36 Raceway is the Bud Shootout featuring the Sprint Series of Nebraska and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars.  Pit gates open at 4 p.m. Grandstands open at 6 p.m., with hot laps at 7:30 p.m. and racing at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 for general admission, $18 for senior and military and children and 12 and younger are free.

US 36 Raceway to crown champions this Friday

By Jacob Blair OSBORN, Mo. – Another season at US 36 Raceway has flown by and drivers have the opportunity to put their names in the record books this Friday, Aug. 16. The early part of the season was marred with rainouts and cancellations. As the season started to reach the end, drivers started to find a rhythm in the weekly schedule and the season-long battle is set to conclude this weekend for the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods.
