IMCA sponsors fill Manufacturers’ Row at Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa – Nearly 40 vendors will be represented on Manufacturers’ Row during the upcom­ing IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. 

IMCA sponsors will offer a wide range of high performance products for use during the week of Sept. 2-7. They’ll also display a variety of new products for use in IMCA competition in 2020.

Manufacturers’ Row will be located in the northeast corner of the Boone Speedway grounds and open from approximately 9 a.m.-5 p.m. each day and accessible from the pit area through gates on the west and east end of Manufacturers’ Row.

Companies confirmed for Manufacturers’ Row locations include:

Aero Race Wheels, AFCO, Allstar Performance, B & B Racing Chassis, Bassett, Bilstein, Bob Harris Enterprises, BSB Manufacturing, Day Motor Sports, Dynamic Drivelines and Eibach.

Third annual Scorezit Cornhole Tournament open for registration

BOONE, Iowa – Cornhole competitors will have two chances to win championships, and a lot of money, during the upcoming IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. Two tournaments will be held during the upcoming Super Nationals, with 64 two-person teams vying for shares of a $2,560 purse on Sunday, Sept. 5 and 48 two-person teams battling it out for shares of $1,920 on Friday, Sept. 10. Entry fee for each is $40 and both double elimination tournaments have a 100 percent payback.  Payout for the top six teams on Sunday are $972 for first, $716 for second, $486 for third, $256 for fourth, $78 for fifth and $52 for sixth. On Friday, payout amounts are $728 for first, $546 for second, $364 for third, $182 for fourth, $60 for fifth and $40 for sixth. Beckendorf, Larson, Brown named to Fast Shafts All-Star field

BOONE, Iowa – Brandon Beckendorf and Jeff Larson will complete the Fast Shafts All-Star Invita­tional field. They’ll have the top IMCA Modified national point and 40-point win totals, respectively, going into the week of the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. The $1,000 to win All-Star race is Friday, Sept. 11 at Boone Speedway.  Both drivers have made one previous All-Star start, Beckendorf, from Danube, Minn., in 2018 and Lar­son, from Freeport, Ill., last year. And Kyle Brown of Madrid has been named to the All-Star field replacing Hunter Marriott, now unable to attend Super Nationals. The All-Star start will be the fifth consecutive for Brown, his best finish being fourth in the 2017 race.

B & B Chassis Stock Car All-Star Invitational guaranteed to be a Super Nationals highlight

BOONE, Iowa – A division that’s seen record car counts at recent IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s crowns its first All-Star Invitational winner in 2021. Eighty drivers are now eligible to qualify for the B & B Chassis All-Star Invitational. Along with a check for $1,000, the winner of the inaugural event on Thursday, Sept. 9 at Boone Speedway receives a bare powder coated chassis valued at $4,800 from title sponsor B & B Chassis of Belle Plaine, Minn. In addition, $25 will be paid to the leader of each lap courtesy of Elmquist Towing of Ames.  Drivers who have won sanctioned events paying $5,000 or more – those who have pre-registered include Zane DeVilbiss, Dallon Murty, Devin Snellenberger, Jesse Sobbing and Collen Winebarger – are guaranteed starting spots with two rounds of Wednesday, Sept. 8 time trials completing the starting field of 30 cars.
