IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars get top billing at Crist Memorial

OSBORN, Mo. – IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars run for $1,262 to win US 36 Raceway’s Joe Crist Memorial Shootout.

The third annual special is sponsored by the Crist family. Along with a minimum of $125 to start and $162 for the longest tow, the Friday, July 26 event pays $62 to each race winner, the driver who draws the number 62 pill and to the hard luck award recipient.

There is no entry fee. IMCA Modifieds and IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cards are also on the card, with IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional, E3 Sparks Plugs State and track points to be awarded. 

Pit passes are $35. Grandstand admission is $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and military, $5 for kids ages 7-12 and free for six and under.

Pit gates open at 4 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 6 p.m. Hot laps are at 7:30 p.m., racing at 8 p.m.
