IMCA Stock Car winner earns $2,500 at Stuart Speedway’s Dirt Duel

STUART, Iowa – The winner of Stuart Speedway’s Dynamic Drivelines Dirt Duel will go home with a $2,500 check.

Qualifying starts on Tuesday, June 11 with a minimum of $300 paid to start the Wednesday, June 12 main event. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region and E3 Spark Plugs Iowa State points will be awarded.

Presented by Sniper Speed and Midstate Machine, the Dirt Duel will be broadcast by IMCA.TV.

IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods also qualify Tuesday for Wednesday features while Mach-1 Sport Compacts race on opening night and IMCA Modifieds on night two.

National, regional, state and track points will be awarded in each of those divisions.

Pit gates open at 5 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 5:30 p.m. both days. Racing will follow 7 p.m. hot laps. 

Grandstand admission for adults is $12 on Tuesday and $15 for Wednesday, and $6 for students on Tuesday and $7 on Wednesday. Kids 10 and under get in free both days. Pit passes are $30. 

An open practice starts at 7 p.m. Monday, June 10, with a pit party sponsored by Dynamic Drivelines, Sniper Speed and Midstate Machine to follow.

MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa (May 23, 2022) – IMCA STARS Mod Lites race for $500 to win each night of their Cornbelt Clash tripleheader over the Memorial Weekend. Daniels cruises in Stuart Stock Car feature

By Josh Reynolds  STUART, Iowa (Aug. 5) – Bob Daniels worked his way to the front, then cruised to the Wednes­day night IMCA Sunoco Stock Car feature win at Stuart Speedway.  Brad Derry and Brock Badger showed the way to the green flag but Daniels used the bottom of the track to take over the lead just before halfway and stayed in front to the checkers. Badger fin­ished second with Buck Schafroth third.       Tim Ward led the way through traffic and led Tom Berry Jr. across the stripe in the IMCA Modified main event. Dylan Nelson took charge at the crossed flags and led to the finish of the IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock feature. There was no catching Brayton Carter after he rocketed from seventh starting to the lead two laps into the Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod feature. Hunter Patrick topped a thriller for the Mach-1 Sport Compacts. Aug. 19 will be Hall of Fame Night.

IMCA Midwest Madness Tour returning for June 26-30 run

WORTHINGTON, Minn. (June 7, 2022) – Drivers in five IMCA divisions see action on five consecutive nights in the upcoming Midwest Madness Tour. Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars both race for $1,000 top prizes Sunday, June 26 at Minnesota’s Worthington Speedway; and at Iowa venues Clay County Fair Speedway in Spencer on Monday, June 27; Buena Vista Raceway in Alta on Tuesday, June 28; Shelby County Speedway in Harlan on Wednesday, June 29; and at Stuart Speedway on Thursday, June 30.
